본 발명은 도면에 표시된 상세한 실시예에 관해 각각의 경우 도시적으로 추구되는 도면에 의해 더욱 상세히 설명된다. 제1도는 내연기관의 연료탱크에 연결된 환기장치. 제2도는 제2의 상세한 실시예에 따른 환기 장치.

Claims (6)

  1. 탄화수소에 대한 저장 효과를 갖는 연료 증기필터, 특히 대기중에 노출된 활성 탄소 필터를 통해 연료 탱크의 분출 분기관을 연결하는 분출 라인과, 내연기관의 흡입 시스템으로 통하며 상기 연료 증기 필터에 연결되는 추출 라인을 갖는 내연 기관의 연료탱크용 환기 장치에 있어서, 상기 연료 증기 필터는 소 용적의 제1필터부(17) 및 대용적의 제2필터부(18)로 세분되며,상기 두 필터부(17,18)는 확산으로 인해 과다 유동하는 연료를 방지하는 형태로 서로 연결되며 또한 상기 분출및 추출 라인 (20,29) 이 제 1필터부(17)에 연결되고 제2필터부 (18)의 유출구와는 대기중에서 연결되는 방식으로 연료 증기의 유동과 연속으로 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,상기 두 필터부 (17,18)의 확산저지 결합부는 상대적으로 긴 튜브(19)에 의해 구성되는것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산저지 결합부는 상기 내연기관이 동작하는 동안 개방되어 있고 또한 차단상태에 있어서는 연료 탱크(10)에 연료를 보급하는 동안 적어도 충전 압력 이하의 압력 이상에서 상기 제1필터부(17)로부터 제2필터부 (18)방향으로 개방되어 있는, 솔리노이드 밸브에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1필터부(17)의 용적은,상술된 내연기관의 동작 및 차단 단계를 포함한 실험 일정의 완료후에, 상기 제1필터부 (17)가 포화상태의 연료증기에 포함되도록 정하여지며, 상기 제2필터부(18)의 용적은 상기 연료탱크에 연료를 보급하는 동안 증발되는 연료량의 높은 부하의 달성으로 상기필터에 의해 흡수될 수 있도록 정하여 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 필터부(17,18)는 컨테이너 (13,14)에 수용되며, 확산저지 결합부(19)는 상기 컨테이너(13,14)사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 확산저지 결합부(31,32)를 포함하는 상기 두 필터부(17,18)는 싱글 컨테이너(30)에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기 장치.
