Claims (18)

  1. 레이저광 발생기로부터 레이저광을 전파하는 복수개의 광섬유와, 적어도 그의 선단이 코어로서 노출하고 이러한 각 코어부가 크래드 재료에 의해 일체적으로 피복되어 그 크래드 재료가 레이저광의 출사체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 코어 중심축이 이것과 교차하는 면상에서 2차원적으로 분산되어 위치하도록 배설되어 있고, 레이저광이 출사체로부터 면형상으로 출사하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각 코어중심이 이것과 교차하는 면상에서 실질적으로 선형상으로 나란히 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 출사체의 출사면 또는 출사선에 대해 각 광섬유의 선단이 거의 평행하게 크래드 재료중에 매설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 크래드 재료중에 노출한 코어와 이것을 둘러싼 크래드관이 매설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 레이저광의 출사체가 그 중심부에 관통하는 투공부를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 투공을 통하여 출사체의 삽입용 가용성 가이드선이 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 투공을 통하여 온도 검출도선이 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 온도검출도선은 여러가닥으로 설치되어 조사대상조직이 다른 위치에 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 크래드 재료는 레이저광이 투과가능한 플라스틱 재료로 이루어지고 또한 레어저광을 산란시키는 산란성 분말을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 출사체의 적어도 유효출사면 또는 출사선 부분의 외부면에 레이저광의 흡수성분말과, 상기 크래드 재료보다 굴절률이 높은 광산란 분말을 갖는 표면층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 광의 조사장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 광산란 분말의 융점은 출사체 재질의 융점과 동일하든가 낮고, 출사체에 대해 광산란 분말이 그의 분말 형상을 유지하거나 또는 약간의 용융에 의해 변형된 상태에서 부착하여 있으며, 이들의 광산란분말 사이에 흡수성 분말이 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 흡수성 분말 및 광산란 분말은 레이저광의 투과재료를 접합재(接合材)로 하여 층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조사장치.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 출사체는 외과용 핸들에 의해 유지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조사장치.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 출사체의 적어도출사부근방은 편평한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 광섬유를 내포하는 한쌍의 출사체가 그의 출사면 또는 출사선 부분을 대항시켜 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  17. 레이저광 발생기로부터 레이저광을 전파하는 4가닥 이상의 광섬유와, 적어도 그의 선단이 코어로서 노출하고 이러한 각 코어부가 크래드 재료에 의해 일체적으로 피복되어 그 크래드 재료가 레이저광의 출사체로되며, 상기 각 광섬유의 기단측은 광섬유 배열상태와는 다른 상태로 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 광섬유의 기단측이 꼬여지거나 또는 비틀려져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저광의 조사장치.
