Claims (10)
- 일반식(II)의 2-아미노피리딘 유도체를 메탄올, 물, 및 메탄올과 물의 혼합물로 이루어진 계열중에서 선택된 용매중, -10℃ 내지 +50℃의 온도에서 염화 수소를 동시에 도입시키면서 염화 수소-포화 용액중에서 메틸니트라이트와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 2-클로로피리딘을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 수소, C1-C4-알킬 또는 할로겐을 나타내며, n은 1 내지 4를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 0℃ 내지 20℃에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 2-아미노피리딘 화합물 1몰당 1매지 5몰 당량의 메틸 니트라이트를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 대기압 하에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 완결된 후, 용매를 증류 제거하여 반응 혼합물을 농축시킨 후, 수성 염기를 첨가하여 알칼리성이 되게 하고, 형성된 유기상을 분리하여 증류시켜 유기상으로부터 2-클로로 피리딘(I)을 순수한 형태로 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 완결된 후, 용매를 증류 제거하여 반응 혼합물을 농축시킨 후, 수성 염기를 첨가하여 알칼리성이 되게 하고, 반응 생성물인 일반식(I)의 2-클로로피리딘 유도체를 공비 증류에 의해 단리시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 수소, 염소 또는 C1-C2-알킬을 나타내고 n이 1 또는 2를 나타내는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물 2-클로로-5-메틸-피리딘을 2-아미노-5-메틸-피리딘으로부터 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응에서 생성되는 2-피리돈을 그 자체가 공지된 방법으로 후처리하여 일반식(I)의 2-클로로-피리딘 유도체를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 메탄올 또는 메탄올/물 혼합물 중에서 수행한 경우 부산물로서 생성되는 2-메톡시-피피딘 화합물을 증류에 의해 분리시켜 그로부터 그 자체가 공지된 방법에 의해 일반식(I)의 2-클로로-피리딘 유도체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
