Claims (9)

  1. a) 다음 일반식(II)의 클로로피리딘을 다음 일반식(III)의 글리콜산 N-알킬아닐리드와 반응시키거나,
    b) 다음 일반식(IV)의 2-피리디놀나트륨염을 다음 일반식(V)의 클로로아세토-N-알킬아닐리드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(I)의 2-피리딜옥시아세트아닐리드를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 일반식에서
    X는 수소, 할로겐, C1, C4알킬 또는 C1-C4할로게노알킬이고,
    R은 C1-C4알킬이고
    Y는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C1-C4할로게노알킬이고,
    n은 0,1,2, 또는 3이며 n이 2 또는 3일 경우 치환체 Y는 독립적으로 선택되고
    M은 수소 또는 알칼리금속이다.
  2. 제1(a)항에 있어서 반응을 산결합제 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 산결합제가 알칼리금속 수산화물, 알칼리금속 카보네이트, 알칼리금속 비카보네이트, 알칼리금속 알콜레이트 및 3급 아민중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 반응을 희석제 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 반응을 희석제로서 물 및/또는 하나 이상의 불활성 유기 용매 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항에 있어서, 반응을 -20℃ 내지 반응혼합물의 비점에서 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 반응을 0˚내지 100℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항에 있어서, 반응물이 상술한 바와 같이 특정한 것인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 실시예 1 내지 19에 기술된 방법으로 제조하는 방법.
