Claims (9)
- X, Y 및 X가 하기 일반식 I에 대해 기술된 바와 같은 다음 일반식 II의 8-히드록시퀴놀린 화합물.을 60-100℃에서 5.5몰 당량의 수성 염기의 존재하에 30% ∼50%수성 용액으로서 약 7-14몰 당량의 과산화수소와 반응시키고 1시간 동안 유지시킨 다음 상기 반응 혼합물을 25-90℃로 냉각시키고, 광산(mineral acid)을 첨가시켜 약 8-13의 pH를 얻은 다음, 염소 기체의 첨가에 의해 즉석에서 생성되거나 5%-30% 수성 용액으로서 약 1.0-2.0몰 당량의 치아염소산엽을 첨가시키고, 65-75℃에서 1-2시간후, 생성물 디카르복실 산을 분리시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로하는, 하기 일반식 I의 피리딘-2.3-디카르복실 산의 제조 방법 :상기식에서, X는 수소, 할로겐, 메틸이고, 단 Y 및 Z가 고리를 형성하기 위해 함께 취해지는 경우 YZ는 구조식 : -(CH2)n-(여기서 n은 3 또는 4이다)을 나타내고, X는 수소이며 ; Y 및 Z는 각각 수소, 할로겐, C1-C6히드록시알킬, C1-C6할로알킬, C1-C6아미노알킬, C1-C6설포닐알킬, 니트로, 히드록시, 포르밀, 카르복시, 아실, 아미도, 아미노, C1-C4알킬아미노, 디-서급-알킬아미노, C1-C4알킬설포닐, 설폰아미도, 또는 하나의 C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4알킬설포닐기, 할로겐, 히드록시, 또는 트리플루오로 메틸 기로 임의로 치환된 페닐로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 구성원을 나타내고 ; 함께 취해지는 경우, Y 및 Z는 고리를 형성할 수 있으며, 여기서 YZ는 구조식 : -(CH2)n-, (여기서 n은 3 또는 4로 부터 선택된 정수이다)을 나타내고, 단 X는 수소이며 ; 또는 L, M, Q 및 R1이 각각 히드록시, 할로겐, C1-C4알키, C1-C4알킬설포닐, C1-C4할로알킬아미노, C1-C4알킬아미노, 디저급알킬아미노, 및 트리플루오로메틸로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 구성원을 나타내고, 단, L, M, Q 또는 R1중 하나만이 수소, 할로겐, 또는 C1-C4알킬이 아닌 다른 치환체를 나타낼 수 있는,이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 8.0몰 당량의 과산화 수소 및 5.5몰 당량의 수성 염기를 60-100℃의 온도 범위에서 일반식 II 8-히드록시퀴놀린의 휘저어 섞은 용액에 첨가시키고 pH 8-13까지 광산을 첨가시키고 1.0-2.0몰 당량의 차아염소산 염을 첨가시기 전 상기 온도 범위에서 첨가를 다 시킨후에 1시간동안 유지시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 pH 범위가 차아염소산 염 첨가시에 10.5-11.5인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1.5몰 당량의 차아염소산 염을 염소기체의 직접적인 첨가에 의해 즉석에서 생성시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1.5몰 당량의 차아염소산 염을 5%-15%수성 용액으로서 첨가시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적절하게 치환된 8-히드록시퀴놀린 전구체로 부터 5-치환, 6-치환, 및 5.6-이치환된 피리딘-2.3-디카르복실 산 또는 그 산 부가염의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 3-에틸-8-히드록시퀴놀린으로부터 5-에틸 피리딘-2.3-디카르복실 산 또는 그 산부가염의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 3-메틸-8-히드록시퀴놀린으로부터 5-메틸피리딘-2.3-디카르복실 산 또는 그의 산부가염의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 8-히드록시퀴놀린으로부터 피리딘-2.3-디카르복실산 또는 그 산 부가염의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
