Claims (15)
- 식 R'-CHO의 알데히드를 하기식(Ⅳ)의 아미노에틸렌 유도체 및 하기식(Ⅴ)의 케토아미드와 반응시킴을 특징으로하는 특히 제초제로서 사용될 수 있는 하기식(Ⅰ)의 신규 화합물의 제조방법.

- 식중, -R1,R2및 R3는 동일 또는 상이한데, 각각 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기 또는 탄소원자수 2내지 8의 알콕시알킬기를 나타내고; -R4는 임의로 염 또는 에스테르형일 수 있는 카르복실기, 또는 시아노기, 저급시아노알킬기 또는 탄소원자수 2내지 8의 알콕시알킬기와 같은 유기기를 나타내고; -R5및 R6는 수소원자 또는 저급알킬기를 나타내거나 또는 함께일때는 탄소원자수 2내지 5의 단일 2가 알킬렌기를 나타내는데, 이들 기 R5및 R6중의 하나는 시아노기를 나타낼 수 있으며 : -R7은 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기, 저급알케닐기, 저급알케닐옥시기(이들 여러가지의 알킬, 알콕시, 알케닐 및 알케닐옥시기들은 임의로 할로겐-치환 될 수 있음), 니트로 또는 시아노기 또는 임의로 치환된 아미노기를 나타내거나; 또는, 몇개의 R7이 존재하는 경우, 그들중의 둘은 함께 탄소원자수 1내지 4의 알킬렌-디옥시기를 나타내며; -n은 0 또는 5이하의 양의 정수이고; 그리고 -복소환은 2 또는 3유닛의 불포화를 갖는 6-원불포화질소-포함 복소환을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 불활성 용매 존재하 15~100℃사이에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항중의 하나에 있어서, 반응물의 농도가 5중량%이상이며 그의 상대적인 비율이 화학량론과는 달리 10몰%이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,이 디히드로피리딘 핵을 나타내는 화합물이 탈수소화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탈수소화가 질산, 아질산 또는 크롬산 요오드 또는 황과 같은 산화제에 의하여 수행됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탈수소화가 산소-함유 분위기중에서, 임의적으로 탈수소화 촉매 존재하, 단순히 가열함으로써 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시안화나트륨을 하기식의 클로로알킬 피리딘과 반응시킴을 특징으로하는이 피리딘 핵을 나타내고 R4가 시클로알킬기를 나타내는 화합물의 제조방법.

- 식중, -R1,R2및 R3는 동일 또는 상이한데, 각각 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기 또는 탄소원자수 2내지 8의 알콕시알킬기를(나타내고; -R5및 R6는 수소원자 또는 저급알킬기를 나타내거나 또는 함께일때는 탄소원자수 2내지 5의 단일 2가 알킬렌기를 나타내는데, 이들이 R5및 R6중의 하나는 시아노기를 나타낼 수 있으며 : -R7은 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기, 저급알케닐기, 저급알케닐옥시기(이들 여러가지의 알킬, 알콕시, 알케닐 및 알케닐옥시기들은 임의로 할로겐-치환 될수 있음), 니트로 또는 시아노기 또는 임의로 치환된 아미노기를 나타내거나; 또는 몇개의 R7이 존재하는 경우, 그들중의 둘은 함께 탄소원자수 1내지 4의 알킬렌-디옥시기를 나타내며; -n은 0 또는 5이하의 양의 정수이고; -m은 1~4의 정수를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬리금속 알카놀레이트를 하기식의 클로로알킬피리딘과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는이 피리딘핵을 나타내며 R4가 알콕시 알킬기를 나타내는 화합물의 제조방법.
