Claims (16)
- 유동형 불연성 충전물과 결합제의 비압출성 코어혼압물(24)로 구성된 코어와 양측면에서 코어에 연성결합하는 덮개 스트립(46, 48)이 있는 불연성 합성패널(86)에 대한 방염물 제조방법에 있어서, 합성패널(86) 연속 제조를 위하여 코어혼합물(24)은 이것과 마주한 하부접착필름(16)과 접촉한 상태로 무이동 하부 덮개스트립(48)상에 붓고 이곳에서 접착필름(16) 전체 나비에 걸쳐 확장하는 층을 형성하고 V틈새(40)를 연속적으로 균일하게 통과하고 또한 우선적으로 압축하여 그 두께를 측정조사하고 사전 압축된 코어혼합물(24′)의 상한치를 제어하는 상부 접착필름(30)을 제공하고 이 필름이 연속공급된 덮개스트립(46)과 접촉하고 또한 이렇게 구성된 샌드위치를 다시 압축가열, 냉각한 후 합성패털(86)의 최종길이가 되도록 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염물 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부접착필름(30)은 덮개스트립(46)과 접촉한 후 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염물 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적층법으로 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염물 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 한항에있어서, 접착필름(16, 30) 또한/또는 덮개스트립(46, 48)을 인장조절기(18)에 통과시켜 일정한 인장력을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염물 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 한 항에 있어서, V틈새(40) 상부에 위치한 코어혼합물의 양을 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염물 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 한 항에 있어서, 60 내지 95중량%의 무기충전제와 5 내지 40중량%의 유기 또는 무기결합제로 구성된 입상형 또는 페이스트형 코어홈합물을 첨가하고 금속 또는 방염성 플라스틱 덮개스트립(46, 48)을 여기에 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염물 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 한 항에 있어서, V틈새(40)가 유입각도나 유동페이스트 특성이 작은 코어혼합물(24)의 경우 약하게 1차 압축하고 유입각도가 더큰 코어혼합물인 경우 이보다 강하게 1차 압축하며 약한 압축작업은 운전각도(β)를 크게하거나 또는 V틈새 한계면의 반경을 작게하여 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염물 제조방법.
- 덮개스트립(46, 48) 이동방향으로 하부 및 상부 접착필름(16, 30) 또한 하부 및 상부 덮개스트립(46, 48)을 수반하는 릴(14, 28, 14′, 28′)이 있고 이것과 접촉하는 로울러쌍(20, 20′)과 또한 하부 접착필름(16)과 접촉하는 덮개스트립(48) 접착필름(16)과 접촉하는 접착필름(16) 또는 덮개 스트립(48)을 위한 또한 접착필름(16)과 접촉하는 덮개스트립(46)을 위한 편향로울러(22, 62), 그외에도 하부접착필름(16)에 코어혼합물(24)을 일정하게 바르는 장치(36)와 일정한 회전각도(β)를 만들고 유입된 코어혼합물(24)의 V틈새(40)를 조절할 수 있는 1차수단(23)과, 1차수단(23) 영역에서 하부덮개스트립(48)이 접착필름(16)과 접촉할 수 있도록 지지하는 2차수단(33)과 또한 압축가열하기 위한 3차수단(43)과 마지막으로 최종길이의 합성패널(86)로 절단하는 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 불연성 합성 패널에 대한 방염물 제조방법을 실행하는 제조장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 접착필름(16, 30)의 링(14, 28) 사이에 접촉하는 로울러쌍(20, 20′)이 인장조절기(18)와 함께 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조장치.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, V틈새(40)를 만드는 1차수단(23)이 독터칼봉(34)이나 독터칼날(35)인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 독터칼봉(34)이나 칼날(35) 위의 일정한 접촉영역에서 연속 이동하는 시이트형 매질(55)이 코어 혼합물(24)과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조장치.
- 제8항 내지 11항중 한항에 있어서, 2차수단(33)은 폴리테트라플루오르에탄으로 덮어 미끄럼판인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 미끄럼판은 이동방향(64)의 횡방향으로 약간 볼록하게 설계한 것을 특징으로 하는 제조장치.
- 제8항 내지 14항중 한 항에 있어서, 편향로울러(22)가 2차수단(33)인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조장치.
- 제8항 내지 14항중 한 항에 있어서, 압축가열 실행하는 3차수단(43)은 온도유지 및 냉각을 유지하고 연속프레스 특히 이중벨트 프레스형태로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조장치.
