Claims (12)
- 유동성, 내화 충전물질과 결합제로된 비압출성 코어혼합물(24)의 코어(core)와 다른 한편 코어에 유연 결합되는 양측며 덮개 스트립(46, 48)로 되고, 한편 연속 제조의 경우 코어혼합물(24)는 연성 하부 접착필름(16)위에 붓고 여기서 파일(pile)이 형성되어 호일의 전체 나비에 걸쳐 확장하고 활주하면서 지지되는 것과 유사하게 하부접착 필름과연성 상부접착필름(30) 사이의 코어혼합물(24)재료를 연속적으로 균질하게 V틈새(40)에 통가시키고 여기에서 1차 압축시켜 그 두께를 보정하며 사전 치밀화된 코어혼합물(240이 들어있는 접착필름(16, 30)이 연속 공급된 덮개스트립(46, 48)에 접착결합하고 또한 복합물을 압축 치밀화하고 가열하고 다시 최종판넬(86)길이로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방염내화성 복합판넬986) 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 풀린 접착필름(16, 30)을 각각 필름 신장 조절부(18)에 통가시켜 일정한 필름 신장력을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 접착필름(16, 30)과 덮개 스트립(46, 48)을 단조작으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 한항에 있어서, V틈새(40)상부에 저장된 코어혼합물(24)이 소비작용에 따라 자동형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 60-95중량%의 부기 충전물과 5-40중량%의 유기 또는 무기결합제 특히 입자나 곤죽형으로된 코어혼합물(24)을 첨가하고 금속이나 방염플라스틱 덮개스트립(46, 48)을 여기에 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 유출각도가 작거나 곤죽형태로 유동하는 코어혼합물(24)의 경우, 1차 압축작용이 작고 반면에 유출각도가 큰 코어혼합물의 경우 압축장용이 더크고 한편 스티퍼(steeper) 활주 각도(β) 또한/또는 v틈새의 한정표면의 소반경(r1.2)에 의해 더작은 압축이 일어나고 반면에 편평한 활주 각도(β) 또한/또는 V틈새(40)의 한정표면의 좀더큰 반경(r3.4)으로 더 큰 압축작용을 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 스트립 활주방향(64)에서 각각 하부 및 상부 접착필름(16,30)이 있는 릴(reel)(14,28), 접착필름(16,30)에 대한 각각의 편향로울러(22,62)와 한개의 신장로울러(20), 하부 접착필름(16)에 대해 코어혼합물(24)을 정상적으로 접착시킬 장치(36), 고정시킬 수 있는 활주각도(β)를 형성하는 1차수단과 접착필름(16, 30) 사이에 들어가는 코어혼합물(24)의 1차 압축을 위한 조절가능한 V틈새(40), 또한 압축 혹은 신장로울러(42) 까지 하부 접착필름(16)을 지지하는 2차수단과 압축가열을 위한 3차수단, 또한 최종복합 판넬(86) 길이로 절단하는 장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항의 방법을 실행하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, V틈새(40)를 고정하는 1차수단이 선회적으로 둥근, 타원형 또는 삼각형 단면으로 활주하는 6각형 조절나이프바아(34)로서 선회용 조절나이프칼날(35)이나 또는 새로 모서리(sic)에서 활주하는 상이한 활주반경(r)으로된 각 단면의 경우, 적어도 한면이 둥글고 협소한 세로면이 있고 또한 대체로 수평-배열된 조절나이프테이블(26)을 갖추며, 이 조절나이프 바아(34) 또는 칼날(35) 또한/또는 조절나이프탁자(26)는 높이가 조절가능한 것으로서 선회할 수 있도록 디자인하고 또한 모든 위치에 고정시킬 수 있고 또한 조절나이프바아(34)나 칼날(35) 도한 조절나이프테이블(26)의 접착필름(16, 30)의 모든 활주면을 활주층 특히, 테트라플루오르에틸렌으로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 제7항 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 하부 접착필름(16)을 지지하는 2차수단을 인접한 작동로울러(80, 84) 또한/또는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 덮인 활주테이블(26, 82)에 접근시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
