Claims (9)

  1. 생리적 융화성(physiologically compatible)염기 물질과 혼합된 치료에 효과적인 량의 담즙산을 함유하는, 장 용해가능한 위 내성 막(enterosoluble gastroresistant film)으로 코팅된 경구용 의약 포뮬레이션.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 위 내성 과립, 위 내성 태블렛, 분말이나 과립 또는 2종 이상의 태블렛 또는 오일성 현탁물을 함유하는 위내성 경질 젤라틴 캡슐, 오일성 현탁물을 함유하는 위 내성 연질 젤라틴 캡슐 및 위 내성 과립이나 2종 이상의 위 내성 태블렛을 함유하는 경질 젤라틴 캡슐로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약 포뮬레이션.
  3. 제1 또는 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 담즙산을 50-750㎎함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약 포뮬레이션.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 담즙산 각 몰당량에 대하여 생리적 융화성 염기물질을 0.5-3몰당량 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약 포뮬레이션.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 담즙산 콜산, 데옥시콜 산, 케노데옥시콜 산, 이오콜 산, 이오데옥시콜 산 및 우르소데옥시콜 산으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약 포뮬레이션.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 생리적 융화성 염기물질은 디에탄올아민, 트리에틸올아민, 트로메타민N-메틸피페리딘, 피페라진 1-(2-히드록시에틸)피롤리딘, L-알기닌, L-리신, L-오르니틴, D-글루카민, N-메틸-D-글루카민, 글루코스아민, 콜린, 중탄산나트륨, 인산 이나트륨, 말레산 나트륨, 중탄산 칼륨, 중탄산 콜린으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약 포뮬레이션.
  7. 제1 또는 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장 용해가능한 위 내성 막은 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트, 시중에서 상표 유드라기트(Eudragit)로서 구입 가능한 메타크릴산과 메타크릴 산 에스테르가 다른 비율로 구성되어 있는 공중합체, 폴리비닐아세토프탈레이트 및 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오즈 프탈레이트로부터 선택된 코팅 물질과, 디에틸프탈레이트, 디부틸프탈레이트, 트리아세틴, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 아세틸화 모노글리세리드로부터 선택된 가소제로 이루어지며, 그 중량은 비-코팅된 약의 형태의 2-10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 의약 포뮬레이션.
  8. 1-7항에 따른 의약 포뮬레이션을 제조하는 방법으로서, 이 방법은 에틸 알코올과 물 22:1의 혼합물에 현탁되어 있는 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오즈, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 6000, 티타늄 디옥사이드, 활석 및 경우에 따라서 제약학적으로 허용 가능한 색소의 현탁물을 코팅팬 안에서 먼저, 제 1막의 중량이 비-코팅된 약의 형태의 중량에 대해 1-5%의 량이 되도록, 공지된 방법에 따라 제조된 비-코팅된 약의 형태에 코팅시키고, 다음에 메틸, 에틸 또는 이소프로필 알코올, 아세톤 또는 무과 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 용매에 용해되어 있는 1종 이상의 코팅 물질과 1종 이상의 가소제를 포함하는 용액을 코팅팬 안에서, 장 용해가능한 위 내성막의 중량이 비-코팅된 약의 형태의 중량에 대해 2-10%의 량이 되도록, 의약 포뮬레이션에 분무시킴으로써 장 용애가능한 위 내성막을 코팅시키는 공정을 포함하는 제조방법.
  9. 제1-7항에 따른 의약 포뮬레이션을 담석(biliary calculoses)치료, 담즙소화 불량증(biliary dyspepsias)치료, 담낭 경변증(biliary cirrhosis) 및 만성 콜레스테틱 간 장애(chronic and cholestatic hepatopaties)치료에 사용하는 용도.
