Abstract

Formulazioni farmaceutiche per uso orale ricoperte da una pellicola gastroresistente enterosolubile, preferibilmente scelte tra granulati gastroresistenti, compresse gastroresistenti, capsule gastroresistenti, di gelatina dura contenenti polveri o granulati o due o più compresse o sospensioni oleose, capsule gastroresistenti di gelatina molle contenenti sospensioni oleose e capsule di gelatina dura contenenti granulati gastroresistenti o due o più compresse gastroresistenti, contenenti quantità terapeuticamente efficaci di acidi biliari in miscela con sostanze aventi carattere basico fisiologicamente compatibili che favoriscono la salificazione e quindi l'assorbimento degli acidi biliari nel tratto intestinale, processo per la loro preparazione e loro uso terapeutico nel trattamento delle calcolosi biliari, delle dispepsie biliari, della cirrosi biliare e delle epatopatie croniche e colestatiche.
