Claims (9)

  1. 기판상에 수직자기 이방성을 갖는 제1자성층(4)에서 제4자성층(7)까지의 4층이 적층되고, 각각 접하는 층은 교환결합력으로 결합해 있으며, 광강도 변조방식에 의해 직접 오버라이트가 가능한 광자기 기록매체에 있어서, 제1자성층(4)와 제2자성층(5)의 사이에 희토류 부격자 자화가 우세한 희토류-천이금속합금으로 이루어지는 제5의 층(8)을 갖는 광 자기기록 매체.
  2. 특허청구 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제5의 층(8)은 GdFe, DyFeCo, GdFeCo, GdCo, HoCo 중에서 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 광 자기기록 매체.
  3. 기판상에 수직자기이방성을 갖는 제1자성층(14)에서 제4성층(17)까지의 4층이 적층되고, 각각이 인접하는 층은 서로 교환결합되어 있으며, 광강도변조방식에 의해 직접 오버라이트가 가능한 광자기 기록매체에 있어서, 광빔(1)이 최초에 입사하는 제1자성층에 인접하며, 또한 광의 조사방향에 Nd를 함유하는 희토류-천이금속합금막으로 이루어지는 층(18)을 갖고, 이 층이 제1자성층과 교환결합하고 있는 광 자기기록 매체.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 Nd를 함유하는 희토류-천이금속합금막이 NdTbFeCo, NdDyFeCo, NdGdFeCo이고, Nd의 FeCO에 대한 첨가량이 20at%이하인 광 자기기록 매체.
  5. 수직자기이방성을 갖는 제1자성층(14)에서 제4자성층(17)까지의 4층이 적층되고, 각각이 인접하는 층은 서로 교환결합되어 있으며, 광강도 변조방식에 의해 직접 오버라이트 가능한 광 자기기록 매체에 있어서, 광빔이 최초에 입사하는 제1자성층에 인접하며, 또한 광의 조사방향에 Pt 또는 Pd와 Co를 교대로 적층한 자성층을 갖고 이 층이 제1자성층과 교환결합하고 있는 광 자기기록 매체.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제5항에 있어서, 상기 Pt 또는 Pd와 Co를 교대로 적층한 자성층의 큐리온도가 제1자성층의 큐리온도보다 낮은 광 자기기록 매체.
  7. 기판상에 수직자기 이방성을 갖는 제1자성층(4)에서 제4자성층(28)까지의 4층이 적층되고, 각각이 인접하는 층은 서로 교환결합되어 있으며, 광변조방식에 의해 직접 오버라이트가 가능한 광 자기기록 매체에 있어서, 제4층(28)상에 교환결합된 제5의 자성층(29)를 마련하여 상기 제4 및 제5의 자성층이 희토류와 천이금속의 합금으로 이루어지고, 실온에서 제4층이 천이금속 우세이며, 또한 제5층이 희토류 우세인 광 자기기록 매체.
  8. 기판상에 수직자기이방성을 갖는 제1자성층(4)에서 제4자성층(7)까지의 4층이 적층되고, 각각이 인접하는 층은 서로 교환결합되어 있으며, 광강도 변조방식에 의해 직접 오버라이트가 가능한 광 자기기록 매체에 있어서, 제4층상에 교환결합해 있지 않는 제5의 자성층(38, 39)를 마련한 광 자기기록 매체.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제5의 자성층이 300℃이상의 큐리온도를 갖고 있는 광 자기기록 매체.
