제3도는 압연재의 접합공정을 표시한 설명도.

Claims (6)

  1. 조압연후의 선행압연재의 후단부와 후행압연재의 선단부를 접합해서 연속적으로 마무리압연을 행하는 연속압연라인에 있어서, 당해 선행압연재의 후단부와 당해 후행압연재의 선단부를 서로 끼워맞추어지는 대략 직사각형의 요철로 형성하고, 이들 요철을 압연라인과 동일평면내에서 서로 짜맞춘 후, 마무리압연을 실시하므로서 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연재의 접합방법.
  2. 조압연후의 선행압연재의 후단부와 후행압연재의 선단부를 접합해서 연속적으로 마무리압연을 행하는 연속압연라인에 있어서, 상기 선, 후단부가 서로 평행끼워 맞춤형상이 되도록 절단하고, 또한 선 후단부의 어느한쪽 또는 양자의 임의의 개소에 있어서의 평행끼워맞춤부분의 측면을 판두께방향으로 테이퍼형상으로 형성하고, 양자를 동일평면내에서 끼워맞추어서, 압연시에 있어서의 판의 불균일한 폭확장에 의한 체적충만을 이용해서, 선,후단부재를 접합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연재의 접합방법.
  3. 조압연후의 선행압연재의 후단부와 후행압연재의 선단부를 접합해서 연속적으로 마무리압연을 행하는 연속압연라인에 있어서, 상기 각 조압연재의 선,후단부를 서로 동일평면내에서 맞대어도 끼워맞출 수 있는 평행끼워맞춤형상이 되도록 절단하고, 이절단부를 상호 동일 평면내에서 보완적으로 끼워맞춘후, 이 끼워맞춤부분 옆가장자리의 일부만을 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연재의 접합방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항에 있어서, 선행압연재와 후행압연재에 형성하는 요철부를, 각 압연재의 중앙부에 형성하고, 그 양쪽에 평탄부를 남게한 것을 특징으로 하는 압연재의 접합방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 한쪽압연재의 오목부의 베이스부분의 폭을 크게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 압연재의 접합방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상하 워어크로울 및 상하백업로울을, 그 축선을 교차시켜서 배치하여, 압연재의 접합부를 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연재의 접합방법.
