제 1 도는 본 발명의 전달 케이스를 차량의 전방 및 후방차동 톱니 바퀴둘 다에 연결시킨 4륜 구동 시스템의 평면도;
제 2 도는 전방 및 후방 구동 축들 사이의 각을 이룬 관계를 도시한 제1도의 측면도;
제 3 도는 본 발명의 각을 이룬 전방 출력 축의 정속 자재 연결 장치를 사용할 수 있는 전달 케이스의 한 실시예를 도시한 구성도.

Claims (5)

  1. 하우징, 그 하우징내에 회전 가능하게 입력 축, 상기 하우징내에 회전 가능하게 지지된 제1출력 축. 상기 하우징 내에 회전가능하게 지지된 제2출력축, 상기 입력축을 상기 제1및 제2출력축들에 구동적으로 연결하고 그 제1및 제2축들 사이의 토오크를 분할하기 위한 구동 수단으로 구성되고, 상기 제1출력 축은 상기 제2출력축의 회전 축선과 비 평행인 관계로 배향된 회전 축선을 포함하는 토오크 전달 케이스에 있어서, 정속 자재 연결장치가 상기 제1출력축에 토오크를 공급하기 위해 상기 구동 수단 및 상기 제1출력축 사이에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는, 상기 토오크 전달 케이스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단은 한 단부에서 제1직경을 갖는 제1원통형 구멍 및 그 반대쪽 단부에서 제2직경을 갖는 제2원통형 구멍을 구비한 구동 부재이고, 상기 구동 부재가 회전하여 상기 정속 자재 연결 장치를 윤활하도록 상기 하우징내에 내포된 윤활유를 상기 구공 부재를 통해 압입할때 그 구동 부재 구멍들을 가로질러 압력차가 발생되도록 상기 제1 및 제2직경들은 서로 다름을 특징으로 하는, 상기 토오크 전달 케이스.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단은 한쪽 단부에서 제1베어링 수단에 의해 상기 하우징에 회전가능하게 지지된 제1 허브 및 그 반대쪽 단부에서 제2베어링 수단에 의해 회전 가능하게 지지된 제2허브를 구비한 구동 부재이고, 상기 제1베어링 수단은 제1내경을 형성하며 상기 제2베어링 수단은 상기 제1내경보다 작은 제2내경을 형성함을 특징으로 하는, 상기 토오크 전달 케이스.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1출력축은 상기 정속 자재 연결 장치에 의해 이 축의 한 단부에서 회전가능하게 단독으로 지지되며 그 반대쪽 단부에서 하나의 베어링 수단에 의해 회전가능하게 단독으로 지지됨을 특징으로 하는, 상기 토오크 전달 케이스.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 토오크 전달 케이스는 4륜 구동 전달 케이스이고 상기 제1출력 축은 전방 출력 축이며 상기 제2출력축은 후방 출력 축임을 특징으로 하는, 상기 토오크 전달 케이스.
