앙고라모사의 제조방법

Claims (1)

  1. 과산화수소 30중량%, 차아염소산소다 30중량%, 표백제 30중량% 및 실리콘 10중량%로 된 혼합물을 10℃~12℃의 냉각수에 용해시킨 다음 여기에 앙고라모를 침지시켜서 50분간 처리한후 통상의 유연제와 대전방지제처리를 하고, 상기 처리가 끝난 앙고라모를 개모한 다음에 다음과 같은 조건으로 카딩, 길링, 스피닝한 후 연사하는 앙고라모사의 제조방법.
    다 음
    카딩; 소모방식 카드기를 사용하되 실린더 1개의 것을 사용하며, 침밀도는 12~18개/인치로 하고 실린더와 워커간의 간격을 0.3~0.4m/m로 한다.
    길링; 4단계 길링을 하되 핀 밀도가 순차적으로 인치당 14개, 16개, 18개 및 23개의 것을 사용하며, 닙로울러와 프론트 버텀 로울러의 직경이 각각 20m/m 와 40m/m의 것을 사용한다.
    정방; 4열 로울러로 된 링 정방기를 사용하되 백 로울러로 부터 프론트 로울러까지의 간격을 각각 60m/m, 55m/m 및 45m/m로 하며 버텀 로울러의 직경이 25m/m인 것을 사용한다.
    연사; 상연의 연방향을 하연의 연방향과 반대방향이 되게 하고 상연의 연수는 하연의 연수의 0.59~0.70배가 되도록 한다.
