Claims (5)
- 메틸로바실루스(Methylobacillus)속에 속하며 항생물질 및 아미노산 대사 길항물질에서 선택되는 적어도 하나에 대한 감수성이 향상된 균주를 친주로하여 변이 처리에 의해 수득되고, L-트레오닌, L-리신 및 아미노산 대사 길항물질에서 선택되는 적어도 하나에 대한 내성을 가지며 또한 아미노산 생산능력을 갖는 미생물을, 메탄올로 주된 탄소원으로서 함유하는 배지에 배양하고, 배양물중에서 아미노산을 생성 축적시켜 이 배양물에서 아미노산을 채취함을 특징으로 하는 발효법에 의한 아미노산의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 항생물질이 카나마이신, 암피실린 및 스트렙토마이신인 발표법에 의한 아미노산의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산 대사 길항물질이 α-아미노-β-히드록시발레르산, S-2-아미노에틸-L-시스테인 및 DL-4, 5-트랜스데히드로리신에서 선택되는 물질인 발효법에 의한 아미노산의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산이 L-트레오닌인 발효법에 의한 아미노산의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산이 L-리신인 발효법에 의한 아미노산의 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
