Claims (10)
- 음극을 가지며 그 전기 화학적 활성 물질이 수소와 함께 수소화물을 형성하는 CaCu구조의 금속간 화합물을 포함하는 전기 화학전지에 있어서, 상기 금속간 화합물은 준안정상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학전지.
- 수소와 함께 수소화물을 형성하는 CaCu5구조의 금속간 화합물을 포함하는 전기 화학적 활성 물질에 있어서, 상기 금속간 화합물은 준안정상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학적 활성물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, CaCu5구조의 상기 금속간 화합물은 조성이 ABm인 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 활성물질.
- 제3항에 있어서, A는 미시메탈 또는 Y, Ti, Hf, Zr, Ca, Th, La 및 기타 희토류 금속으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소로 구성되며, 원소 Y, Ti, Hf 및 Zr의 총원자량은 A의 40%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학적 활성물질.
- 제3항에 있어서, B는 Ni, Co, Pd 및 Si로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 활성물질.
- 제5항에 있어서, ABm에서 Ni원자량은 A그램 원자당 적어도 4.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학적 활성물질.
- 제5항에 있어서, ABm에서 Cu원자량은 A그램 원자당 적어도 0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학적 활성물질.
- 수소와 함께 수소화물을 형성하며 조성이 ABm인 CaCu5구조의 금속간 화합물을 포함하는 전기 화학적 활성물질의 제조방법에 있어서, 여러 성분 A와 B의 요구량이 서로 혼합되어 용융 및 냉각되며, 냉각시에 균질한 영역이 조성ABm이 위치하는 곳에 교차하며, 그후 상기 물질은 조성ABm을 갖는 상이 형성되는 속도로 냉각되고 상기 상온 실온에서 준안정상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 조성ABm이 균질한 영역에 위치하는 온도에서 재가열 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 성분 B의 초과량이 용해물내에 존재하며, 냉각시에 이들 성분의 석출이 ABm물질의 결정 입계상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
