Claims (2)

  1. 부동디스크 및 회전디스크로 된 수도꼭지용 밸브로서 부동디스크 및 회전디스크의 각각은 세라믹 및 금속중의 어느 하나로 만들어져 있고 부동디스크의 한면과 회전디스크의 한면은 서로 접촉하여 그 사이에 슬라이딩면을 형성하며 그리고 수도꼭지용 밸브는 부동디스크 및 회전 디스크의 슬라이딩면에 잇따른 상대적 이동에 의하여 액체의 통로를 개폐하고 따라서 액체의 유량을 제어하는 전술한 바 슬라이딩면을 형성하는 부동시스크의 한면 및 회전디스크의 한면중의 적어도 하나는 실질적으로 다이아몬드형 탄소로 된 피막을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 수도꼭지용 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다이아몬드형 탄소로 피막은 0.1-50μm 범위내의 두께를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 수도꼭지용 밸브.
