Claims (4)

  1. 탄성 금속판으로 구성되는 한장의 기판에 비이드를 형성하고, 이 기판의 표면에 마이크로 시일층을 형성하며, 스프링상수가 작은 기판으로서 얇은 스테인레스강을 사용하며, 비이드의 폭 L와 높이 H의 관계가 L〉H이며, 마이크로 시일층으로서 기판상에 거친면을 형성하고, 이 거친면상에 도료를 도포하여 형성한 단판금속 가스킷.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스프링상수가 작은 기판으로서 비커스경도 300 내지 450의 판재를 사용한 단판금속 가스킷.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 거친면이 방현처리에 의해 형성된 단판금속 가스킷.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 거친면을 도금한 단판금속 가스킷.
