背景技术
龙头通常通过单个把手或两个把手来控制,所述单个把手利用混合阀来使到龙头喷口的热水流和冷水流成比例,所述两个把手利用个别的阀来单独控制到龙头喷口的热水流和冷水流。在标准的现有技术混合阀的情况下,提供两个进水口,热水供应和冷水供应各一个进水口。对于双把手龙头,每一阀通常包含仅一个进水开口,其与阀门部件的流动通路流体连通。一种类型的双把手龙头是设于中心的龙头,其中热水阀和冷水阀通过共同底座与到水槽板的喷口耦合。

参看图2和图7,递送喷口26通过安装部件164安装在装饰框44上方。安装部件164说明性地由乙缩醛共聚物(例如M90TM)形成。出水导管46接纳于喷口26内且说明性地由聚合物形成,进而提供非金属水路。充气器166被旋拧到喷口出水口170处的螺纹168中且迫使面密封件(说明性地为垫圈172)密封于充气器166与形成于出水导管46的末端处的转接器或凸缘174之间。说明性地,凸缘174是聚合物包覆模制的。在一个说明性实施例中,出水导管46和凸缘174可由聚乙烯形成,所述聚乙烯在包覆模制操作之后经交联,进而形成交联聚乙烯(PEX)。喷口26的出水口镗孔176具有足够大的内径,使得充气器O形环178不密封其内表面180(图7)。由此,如果发生泄漏,那么水将趋于流到喷口出水口镗孔176外,而不会沿着喷口26朝向装饰框44流动且在水槽板12下方流动。
进一步参看图2和图7,肩部182说明性地由出水导管46的进水口端支撑,且迫使o形环184与形成于水路22的出水口部件74中的接纳镗孔186密封啮合。导管46突出到接纳镗孔186中,进而向出水导管46提供支撑。水路22因此流体耦合到出水导管46且在o形环184处密封。喷口26耦合到底座28且通过使用扣件188保持到底座28,扣件188延伸穿过被模制为底座28的部分的凸起190且穿过形成于安装部件164内的开口191。安装部件164的底部表面192向说明性地由聚乙烯形成的肩部182和保持环193提供向下力以维持o形环184内的密封。出水导管46的轴向移动由安装部件164限制。更特定来说,出水导管46可仅向上移动远离水路22,直到模制于导管46上的肩部182接触安装部件164的底部表面192为止。
顶杆196说明性地穿过喷口26中的孔198进行组装,以提供对排水弹跳式组合件(未图示)的接近。为了促进制造灵活性,底座28经形成为尽可能地薄。对于需要较高装饰框的龙头,间隔件200(说明性地由聚乙烯形成)耦合到底座28以适应高度差。说明性地,间隔件200包含多个可释放的保持器,例如搭扣202,其经配置以在槽口204内啮合底座28(图2)。说明性地由例如聚乙烯等泡沫形成的垫圈206可组装到底座28上以提供底座28与水槽板12中的孔之间的密封。由此,任何潜在的泄漏或集水将趋于在装饰框44的边缘下方流动,而不是流动穿过孔以及在水槽板12下方流动。

Claims (24)
1.一种龙头组合件,其包括:
嵌件,其经配置以接纳阀芯且包含径向延伸的导引部件;
底座,其包含支撑所述阀芯的接纳部件,所述底座具有包括轴向部分和圆周部分的通道;经配置以与所述导引部件协作,以抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座的轴向移动,并抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座在第一方向上的旋转移动;以及
保持器,其耦合到所述底座,且包括接纳于所述通道的所述轴向部分内的轴向延伸的锁定突出部,所述锁定突出部延伸到所述圆周部分中与所述导引部件协作,以抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座在与所述第一方向相对的第二方向上的旋转移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的龙头组合件,其中所述嵌件由第一材料形成且所述底座由第二材料形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的龙头组合件,其中所述嵌件由金属形成且所述底座由聚合物形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括水路,所述水路由所述底座支撑且经配置以将所述阀芯流体耦合到水供应,所述嵌件经配置以与所述底座协作以将所述水路紧固到所述底座。
5.根据权利要求4所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括能量引导部件,所述能量引导部件由所述底座和所述水路中的其中一个所支撑,且经配置以嵌入所述水路和所述底座中的另一个内,以在其间形成密封。
6.根据权利要求4所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括:
递送喷口,其由所述底座支撑;
导管,其接纳于所述递送喷口内且包含一末端,所述导管进一步包含在所述末端近处被支撑的轴环;
所述水路包含接纳所述导管的所述末端的接纳口;以及
密封件,其接纳于所述接纳口内且被所述导管的所述轴环压缩为与所述底座密封啮合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的龙头组合件,其中所述保持器包含支撑轴向延伸的锁定突出部的环形主体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的龙头组合件,其中所述底座包含掣子,且所述保持器包含搭扣以啮合所述底座上的所述掣子。
9.一种龙头组合件,其包括:
底座;
水路,其由所述底座支撑;
阀组合件,其流体耦合到所述水路;以及
能量引导部件,其由所述底座和所述水路中的其中一个所支撑,且经变形以嵌入所述水路和所述底座中的另一个内,以在其间形成密封,其中所述底座由比所述水路的材料更硬的材料形成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的龙头组合件,其中所述能量引导部件包括形成于所述底座内的环形唇缘。
11.根据权利要求10所述的龙头组合件,其中所述底座由玻璃填充聚合物形成且所述水路由聚合物形成。
12.根据权利要求9所述的龙头组合件,其中所述水路包含延伸穿过形成于所述底座中的开口的水导管,且所述能量引导部件围绕所述开口延伸。
13.根据权利要求12所述的龙头组合件,其中所述底座经配置以定位于水槽板上方,且装饰框支撑于所述底座上方。
14.根据权利要求9所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括:
递送喷口,其由所述底座支撑;
导管,其接纳于所述递送喷口内且包含一末端,所述导管进一步包含支撑于所述末端上的凸缘;
充气器,其耦合到所述递送喷口的一末端;以及
面密封件,其定位于所述导管的所述凸缘与所述充气器的中间。
15.根据权利要求9所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括:
递送喷口,其由所述底座支撑;
导管,其接纳于所述递送喷口内且包含一末端,所述导管进一步包含在所述末端近处被支撑的轴环;
所述水路包含接纳所述导管的所述末端的接纳口;以及
密封件,其接纳于所述接纳口内且被所述导管的所述轴环压缩为与所述底座密封啮合。
16.根据权利要求9所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括:
嵌件,其经配置以接纳阀组合件且包含导引部件;
底座,其包含支撑所述阀组合件的接纳部件,所述底座经配置以与所述导引部件协作,以抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座的轴向移动,并抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座在第一方向上的旋转移动;以及
保持器,其耦合到所述底座,且经配置以与所述导引部件协作,以抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座在与所述第一方向相对的第二方向上的旋转移动。
17.一种龙头组合件,其包括:
底座;
水路,其由所述底座支撑且包含接纳口;
阀组合件,其流体耦合到所述水路;
递送喷口,其由所述底座支撑;
导管,其接纳于所述递送喷口内,所述导管包含接纳于所述接纳口内的第一末端和在所述第一末端近处被支撑的向外延伸的轴环;
安装部件,其中所述递送喷口通过所述安装部件安装在装饰框上,所述装饰框接纳于所述底座上;以及
密封件,其接纳于所述接纳口内且被所述导管的所述轴环压缩为与所述水路密封啮合,其中所述安装部件向所述轴环提供向下力以维持所述密封件内的密封。
18.根据权利要求17所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括:
凸缘,其支撑于所述导管的第二末端上;
充气器,其耦合到所述递送喷口的一末端;以及
面密封件,其定位于所述导管的所述凸缘与所述充气器的中间。
19.根据权利要求17所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括:
嵌件,其经配置以接纳所述阀组合件且包含导引部件;
底座,其包含支撑所述阀组合件的接纳部件,所述底座经配置以与所述导引部件协作,以抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座的轴向移动,并抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座在第一方向上的旋转移动;以及
保持器,其耦合到所述底座,且经配置以与所述导引部件协作,以抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座在与所述第一方向相对的第二方向上的旋转移动。
20.根据权利要求17所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括能量引导部件,所述能量引导部件由所述底座和所述水路中的其中一个所支撑,且经配置以嵌入所述水路和所述底座中的另一个内,以在其间形成密封。
21.一种龙头组合件,其包括:
底座,其包含通道;
水路,其支撑于所述底座的所述通道内;
阀组合件,其流体耦合到所述水路;
嵌件,其经配置以与所述底座协作以将所述水路紧固到所述底座;所述嵌件包括导引部件经配置以抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座的轴向移动;且抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座在第一方向上的旋转移动;以及
保持器,其耦合到所述底座,且经配置以与导引部件协作以将所述嵌件紧固到所述底座,所述保持器经配置以与所述导引部件协作以抵制所述嵌件相对于所述底座在与所述第一方向相对的第二方向上的旋转移动。
22.根据权利要求21所述的龙头组合件,其中所述嵌件包含接纳所述阀组合件的环形主体。
23.根据权利要求21所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括能量引导部件,所述能量引导部件由所述底座和所述水路中的其中一个所支撑,且经配置以嵌入所述水路和所述底座中的另一个内,以在其间形成密封。
24.根据权利要求21所述的龙头组合件,其进一步包括:
递送喷口,其由所述底座支撑;
导管,其接纳于所述递送喷口内且包含一末端,所述导管进一步包含在所述末端近处被支撑的轴环;
所述水路包含接纳所述导管的所述末端的接纳口;以及
密封件,其接纳于所述接纳口内且被所述导管的所述轴环压缩为与所述底座密封啮合。
