Claims (2)

  1. 표면에 형성한 요철의 오목부의 깊이를 0.2 내지 0.4미크론미터로하고, 오목부의 폭을 깊이와 동일하거나 또는 그 이하로 한 표면에 요철을 가진 구조체.
  2. 제1의 소재의 표면에 요철을 형성하고, 오목부의 깊이를 0.12 내지 0.13미크론 미터로하고, 오목부의 폭을 깊이와 동일하거나 또는 그 이하로하고, 투명한 제2의 소재로 적어도 상기 오목부를 메우도록 제1의 소재표면을 코우팅하고, 제2의 소재의 굴절율을 제1의, 소재의 굴절율보다 작게한 표면에 요철을 가진 구조체.
