Claims (8)

  1. 직물(2)과 그위에 공동이 있어 소통가능한 거품시이트(3), 또한 유체-불투수성막(4)을 차례로 배열하고 이것을 흡입작용으로 주형(1)의 내벽(6)에 대해 인발하여 합성물(5)로 만들고 이것으로 쿠션 덮개를 구성하며 그후 주형(1)속에서 이 주형(1)의 밀페된 후 확장 및 경화하는 폴리우레탄(7) 거품혼합물을 주조하고 또한 마지막으로 유체-불투수성막(4)의 미소투과성을 효과적으로 하여 우수한 수증기 투과성을 제공하고 또한 경화과정에서 흡입작용으로 주형(1)을 진공상태로 만들수 있는 것을 특징으로 하여 그 결과 나온 거품쿠션(8)은 중합반응 후 주형에서 분리하였을때 개방되고 소통가능한 공동(11)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물덮개내에서의 폴리우레탄 거품주조 패딩의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 합성물(5)이 직조된 니트나 직조되지 않은 직물(2)로 구성되고 한편으로는 직물(2)상에 고착되거나 연결합 반응으로 먼저 부착한 것으로서 개방되고 소통가능한 진공하에서의 흡입작용에 따라 거품 시이트(3)에서 유지되고 이 시이트는 또한 주형(1), 내벽(6)에 대해 합성물(5)을 밀착시켜서 주조과정에서 주형(1)내의 제위치를 고수 하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 유체-불투성 접착막(4)의 미소투과성은 주형(1)내의 폴리우레탄 거품(8)의 완전 팽창후 부수적인 효과로서 얻어지며 한편으로는 상기의 접착막(4)연화를 위한 합성물(5)의 가열작업으로, 또한 주형(1), 내벽(6) 높이에서 진공하의 흡입작용에 의해서 연화된 접착막(4)의 흡입으로 거품시이트(3)의 표면공동에 대한 투과현상이 수반되고, 결과적으로, 접착막(4)의 신장이 일어나 미소파열이 생기고 이 접착막(4)과 거품시이트(3) 사이의 열결합으로 단열화 시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 한항에 있어서, 경화과정에서 팽창하는 거품(8)은 초기의 유체-불투수성 접착막(4)의 미소투수작용을 받아서 공동이 있는 몸체(9) 안쪽의 진공흡입에 따른 감압상태로 되며 공동(11)의 가장 얇은 벽(10)에 균열이 생기고 따라서 중합반응 후 개방 및 소통가능한 공동(11)으로 구성된 거품(8) 패딩을 수득할수 있는 것을 특징으로한 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 한항에 있어서, 개방 및 소통가능한 공동이 있고 두께가 1 내지 3밀리미터이고 밀도는 20내지 50g/d㎥ 특히 25내지 35g/d㎥인 폴리우레탄 거품시이트(3)가 형성 되는 것을 특징으로한 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 한항에 있어서, 유체-불투수성 접착막(4)은 폴리우레탄 기제이고 30내지 60마이크론의 두께로 되고 또한 연화온도가 60내지 80℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제2항 내지 6항중 한항에 있어서, 합성물(5)은 유체-불투수성 접착막(4)에 배열되고 팽창 및 고형화 과정에서 이막(4)과 거품형 혼합물(7)사이에 공동형 차단물을 형성한 폴리우레탄거품(12)보조시이트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 주형에서 벗겨낸후 직물덮개 및 개방 소통가능한 공동(11)을 구비한 거품(8)패딩으로 구성되고 또한 이거품(8) 패딩은 수증기 투과성 표면으로되고 또한 덮개 높이에서 거품형 혼합물(7)의 조밀화 현상으로 인한 경화표면이 없는 것이 특징인 제1항 내지 7항의 방법으로 제조한 쿠션.
