Abstract

본 발명은 연속-기포형 강성 발포체의 신규 제조 방법 및 진공 절연 용도에 있어서의 충진 재료 및 기밀한 독립의 기체-충전 발포체로서의 그들의 용도에 관한 것이다. 완전한 연속-기포형 강성 폴리우레탄 발포체는 독립-기포형 또는 부분적으로 독립-기포형 강성 폴리우레탄 발포체에 외압을 가함으로써 제조한다. 이들 연속-기포형 발포체는 절연 패널에서의 충진 재료로서 또는 절연 발포체로서 유용하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 독립-기포형 또는 부분적 독립-기포형 강성 폴리우레탄 발포체에 외압을 가하는 것으로 이루어진, 완전한 연속-기포형 강성 포릴우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 독립-기포형 또는 부분적 독립-기포형 강성 폴리우레탄 발포체가 외압을 가할 때 모울드 내에 있는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 외압을 가하기 전에 기밀 장벽이 독립-기포형 발포체에 도포되거나 형성되는 방법.
  4. a)독립-기포형 또는 부분적 독립-기포형 강성 폴리우레탄 발포체에 외압을 가하여 연속-기포형,강성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성시키고, b)a)에서 제조된 연속-기포형 발포체를 이 연속-기포형 발포체가 기체에 불투과성이 되도록 만드는 제료로 피복함으로써 제조된 탈기된 절연 패널.
  5. a)제4항의 절연 패널을 탈기시키고, b)이 탈기된 패녈을 공기 보다 무거운 절연 기체로 충전시키는 것으로 이루어진 기밀 절연 패널의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 절연 기체가 절연 패널이 만들어지는 연속-기포형 발포체 내에서 비교적 불용성인 것인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 절연 패널을 제조하는 데에 사용된 피복 재료가 플라스틱, 플라스틱 복합재, 금속, 금속 복합재, 유리 조성물 및 세라믹 재료로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 연속-기포형 발포체를 피복하는 데에 사용된 재료가 플라스틱, 플라스틱 복합재, 금속, 금속 복합재, 유리 조성물 및 세라믹 재료로부터 선택된 것인 절연 패널.
