Claims (9)
- 일반식 (f)의 헥사히드로아제핀 유도체 및 그의 무기산 또는 유기산과의 염:식중 : -A는 -CO-CH2-, -CH (OH) -CH2- : CH2-CH2-CH2=CH- : -C≡C- 에서 선택된 기 이고; -X는 수소 또는 할로겐 이며, -Y는 시클로헥실기. 또는 X가 수소일때 페닐기 이다. )
- 제1항에 따르는 화합물의 약제학적으로 허용되는 부가염.
- 제1항에 있어서, Y가 시클로헥실기를 나타내는 화합물.
- cis-3-(헥사히드로아제핀-1-일)-1-(3-클로로-1-시클로헥실페닐) -4-프로펜.
- a)하기식 (Ⅱ)의 아세토페논에 대하여(식중, X 및 Y는 제1항에서 나타낸 바와 같은 의미를 갖는다. )포름알데히드 및 헥사히드로아제핀으로 축합 반응을 수행하여 A가 -CO-CH2-기를 나타내는 식(I)의 유도체를 수득하고; b)적절하다면 상기 수득된 식(I)의 화합물과 환원제를 반응시 켜 A가 -CH-(OH)-CH2-기를 나타내는 식 (I)의 화합물을 제조하고, c)적절 하다면, A가 -CH-(OH)-CH2- 기인 상기 식(I)의 화함물을 탈수하여 A가 -CH=CH-기 (트랜스)를 나타내는 식(I)의 화합물을 제조하고; d) 적절하다면, 상기 수득된 비닐렌 화합물의 수소화를 수행하여 A가 -CH2-CH2-기를 나타내는 식(I)의 화합물을 제조하고; e)마지막으로 필요하다면 적절한 무기 또는 유산기을 첨가하여 식(I)의 화합물의 부가염을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, A가 -CO-CH2- ; -CH-(OH)-CH2- :트랜스-CH=CH-: -CH2-CH2-기 중에서 선택된 식(I)로표시되는 제1항에 따른 헥사히드로아제필 유도체의 제조 방법.
- a) 하기식 (Ⅲ)의 페닐아세틸렌 유도체에 대하여(식중, X 및 Y는 상기 (I)에서 나타낸 바와 같은 의미를 갖는다. )포름알데히드 및 헥사히드로아제핀으로 축합반응을 수행하여 A가 -C≡C-기를 나타내는 식 (I)의 유도체를 수득하고, 적절하다면 A가 아세틸렌기 -C≡C-기를 나타내는 식 (I)의 화합물의 발생 수소에 의한 수소화를 수행하여 A가 시스 및 트랜스 이성질체의 혼합형태인 -CH=CH- 기를 나타내는 식(I)의 화합물을 제조하거나, 지지된 금속 촉매 존재하에 수소화를 수행하여 식(I)의 비닐렌 화합물을 시스형태로 제조하고, c) 적절하다면, A가 -CH=CH- 기 또는 -C≡기를 나타내 는 식(I)의 화합물의 수소화를 수행하여 A가 -CH2-CH2- 기를 나타내는 화합물(I)을 제조하고; d)마지막으로, 필요하다면 적절한 무기 또는 유기산을 첨가하여 식(I)화합물의 부가염을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는,A가 -C≡C-, -CH=CH-및 -CH2CH2-기 중에서 선택된 식 (I)로 표시되는, 제1항에 따른 헥사이드로아제핀 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 따르는 화합물을 활성물질로서 함유하는 약학 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 활성 성분이 약제학적 부형제와 조합된 약학 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 0.5내지 1000mg의 활성성분 (I)을 함유하는 복용 단위 형태의 약학 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
