Claims (33)

  1. 봉함 수단으로 봉함이 가능한 피검물 용기를 포함하며, 상기의 용기는 배지를 이용하여 피검물을 배양할 수 있는 내부 챔버, 적어도 하나의 투명한 부분 및 이 투명 부분의 상기 용기 내부에 배치된 센서수단을 지니며, 따라서 센서 수단의 외관의 변화를 투명부분을 통하여 상기 용기의 외부로 부터 연속적으로 모니터 함으로써, 봉함 이후에 상기 용기의 원상태를 저해함이 없이 생물학적 활성을 모니터할 수 있고, 상기의 센서수단은 막과 지지시 매체를 포함하며, 이 지시제매체는 유기체의 대사활성 생성물에 노출되었을 때 측정 가능한 변화를 나타내는 능력이 있는 것으로 선택한, 피검물내의 생물학적 활성을 연속적으로 모니터 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기를 봉하기 위해 사용한 봉함 수단이 상기의 투명한 부분을 포함하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 봉함수단이 상기의 센서수단에 결합한 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 용기가 그안에 센서를 배치하고 있는 분리된 다수 피검물 용기를 포함하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 미세적정 플레이트를 포함한 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 센서를 액체 유제로서 각 용기에 유입시키고 그대로 경화시킨 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유제를 각 웰에 분무하여 유입시킨 장치.
  8. 적어도 하나의 구멍 천공수단과 지시제매체를 포함하는 센서 수단으로서, 상기 천공(piercing)수단의 한 말단이 센서 수단과 연결됨으로써, 상기의 구멍 천공수단으로 유입된 유체가 상기 센서가 접촉하게 되고, 상기 천공수단의 반대쪽 말단은 봉함용기의 봉함수단을 통하여 관통할 수 있는 센서 수단.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 센서 수단이 상기 지시제매체와 통하는 적어도 2개의 천공수단을 포함한 센서 수단.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 센서수단이 상기의 투명한 부분위에 분무된 장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 지시제매체가 pH에 반응하는 적어도 하나의 분자 유형을 포함한 장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 지시제매체가 NH3의 존재하 반응하는 분자 유형인 장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기의 지시제매체가 pH범위에 반응하는 분자 유형의 배합물을 포함하는 장치.

  25. 제24항에 있어서, 상기의 하전된 막이 양전하로 하전된 막을 포함한 장치.
  26. 봉함 가능한 피검물 용기를 포함하며, 상기 용기는 배지로 피검물을 배양하는 내부 챔버와 압전기를 포함한 변형성 봉함수단을 포함함으로써 측정가능한 전기적 신호가 봉함 수단으로서 산출되고 상기 용기내의 유기체의 대사횔성으로 인한 상기 용기 내부의 압력 변환결과 그것의 압전기가 변형되는 피검물내의 생물학적 활성을 연속적으로 모니터하기 위한 장치.
  27. 봉함 가능한 장치의 봉함수단을 관통시키기 위하여 적어도 하나의 구멍 천공수단을 포함하는 센서수단으로서, 그중 하나의 말단을 센서수단 및 압전기 장치를 포함한 변형가능 부분에 잠겨있으므로써 구멍 천공수단 내에서의 압력변화 결과 압전기 장치에 의해 산출되는 측정가능한 전기적 신호를 발생시키는 변형 가능한 센서수단 부분이 변형되는 센서수단.
  28. 억제제에 대한 미생물 감수성을 결정하는 방법으로서, 제4항의 미세적정 플레이트의 웰에 예정량의 억제제를 주입하는 단계, 억제제및 피검물을 유입시킨후 웰을 봉하는 단계, 기 웰이 미생물을 함유한 배양된 피검물을 주입하는 단계, 봉함된 웰을 배양하는 단계, 및 미생물의 대사과정에 의해 산출된 가스로 인한 지시제매체내의 변화를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 피검물내의 다른 고체나 착색물질로 부터 시험된 미생물을 분리시키지 않고 직접 배양된 피검물을 사용하며, 억제제는 항생제인 방법.
  30. 제28항에 있어서, 미리 선택된 억제제의 예정된 양을 다수의 각 웰에 주입시키는 단계, 미생물을 함유함 배양 피검물을 각 개별 웰 및 억제제가 포함되지 않는 대조군 웰에 주입하는 단계, 웰을 봉함하는 단계, 봉함된 웰을 배양하는 단계, 및 미생물의 대사과정에 의해 상출된 가스에 의해 발생하는 지시제매체의 변화를 측정하는 단계를 포함한 미생물 감수성을 결정하는 방법.
  31. 제30항에 있어서, 억제제를 함유한 웰을 따라 증식, 미증식 또는 중간증식의 양태를 결정하고 여러가지 종류의 유기체에 대한 공지된 중식 양태와 비교하는 단계를 추가로 포함한 방법.
  32. 미생물 확인하는 방법으로서, 제4항의 장치의 상이한 용기로 상이한 특이 탄소원을 함유하는 배지를 주입하는 단계, 각 용기에 접종물을 접종하는 단계, 각 용기를 봉하는 단계, 봉함 용기를 배양하는 단계, 미생물의 대사과정에 의해 산출된 가스로 발생되는 지시제매체내의 변화를 검출하는 단계, 및 증식 양태를 식별하기 위하여 상이한 용기의 지시제매체에 있어서의 변화를 비교하는 단계를 포함한 방법.
  33. 적어도 하나의 광원, 적어도 하나의 측광계 및 측광계를 이용하여 센서장치내의 변화를 검출하기 위한 위치에 장치를 지지시키는 홀더 수단을 포함하는 미생물 대사의 생성물에 의해 유도된 제1항의 장치에서의 센서수단 중 지시제매체의 변화를 검출하기 위한 기기.
