Claims (10)
- 미생물에 의한 표본의 오염여부를 검출할 수 있도록 표본과 멸균 배양배지를 함께 배양할 수 있는 내실을 가지며, 또한 용기의 벽에 적어도 일부분의 투명한 단면을 갖는 밀폐시킬 수 있고, 멸균처리가능한 표본용기와 상기 용기의 내벽 표면에 부착된 센서로 구성되어 용기의 외부에서 상술한 투명한 단면을 통해서 센서에 나타나는 변화를 검출할 수 있으며, 상기 센서는 고정시킨 지시제 매질을 포함하고, 이 지시제 매질은 생물체의 대사활성 생성물들에 노출시킬 경우 검출 가능한 변화를 나타내는 자체의 기능에 따라 선택되며, 상기 지시제 매질이 지지체를 지지체 매질과 결합시키거나 또는 지시제 중합체 매트릭스 내부에 캡슐화시키는 방법에 의해 고정되어 있는 표본내의 미생물 검출용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지시제 매질이 pH에 대하여 반응하는 분자종인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서가 전하를 띈 멤브레인을 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서의 멤브레인이 상기 용기의 내부 표면에 결합되어 있는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 센서의 멤브레인을 용기의 내부표면에 적어도 원형으로 결합시킴으로써 표본 및 배양배지 둘다 멤브레인과 용기 표면 사이를 통과할 수 없도록 한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반 투과성 멤브레인을 이용하여 상기 용기의 표본으로부터 센서를 분리시킨 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반투과성 멤브레인이 즉석에서 형성된 멤브레인의 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서가 중합체 매트릭스 내부에 고정시킨 지시제 매질의 마이셀들을 포함하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 지시제 용액을 경화시키지 않은 중합체 내부에 유화시키고, 이어서 중합체를 경화시키는 방법으로 지시제 매질의 마이셀들을 중합체 매트릭스 내부에 형성시킨 장치.
- 자체의 벽에 적어도 일부분의 투명한 단면, 및 상기 투명한 단면부분에의 용기 내벽 표면에 부착된, 생물체들의 대사활성에 의한 기체 생성물등에 노출시킬 경우 검출 가능한 변화를 나타내는 지시제 매질을 함유하는 센서를 갖는 멸균시킨 표본용기내에 멸균조건들하에서 표본을 도입하는 단계 ; 센서가 표본 및 성장배지 하부에 완전히 침지되도록 하는 위치로 표본용기를 배향시킨 상태에서, 표본 용기내의 표본을 미생물 성장배지와 함께 배양하는 단계 ; 및 표본 및 성장배지로부터 센서로 통과하는 기체 생성물들에 의해 센서의 지시제 매질에 나타나는 변화를 검출함으로써, 온전한 용기를 손상시킴이 없이 용기의 외부에서 자체의 투명한 단면을 통해서 생물체들의 대사활성에 기인된 기체 생성물들의 생산을 점검하는 단계들로 구성되는, 표본내의 매생물 검출방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
