Claims (10)

  1. (a) 검출가능한 잔기로 라벨링된 기농도의 추적자 및 기농도의 분석물 - 특이적 항체를 시험 샘플에 가하여 혼합물을 형성하고, (b)이 혼합물을 라베링된 추적자 - 항체 및 분석-항체 복합체가 형성되기에 충분한 조건하에서 및 시간동안 배양하며, (c)형성된 추적자 -항체 복합체의 존재 또는 양을 시험 샘플중의 분석물의 존재 또는 양으로서 측정하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 시험 샘플중 다수염소화된 비페닐 함유 분석물의 존재 또는 양의 검출 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다수염소화된 비페닐이 하기의 구조식으로 나타나는 방법.
    상기식에서, X는 0 내지 5이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 검출가능한 잔기가 플루오레세인 및 이의 유도체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고 플루오레세인 유도체가 플루오레세인 아민, 카복시플루오레세인, α- 요오드 아세트아미도플루오레세인, 4' - 아미노메틸플루오레세인, 4' -N -알킬아미노메틸 플루오레세인, 5- 아미노메틸플루오레세인, 6- 아미노메틸플루오레세인, 2,4 - 디클로로 -1,3,5 -트리아진- 2-일-아미노플루오레세인, 4-클로로-6-메톡시-1, 3, 5 - 트리아진 - 2- 일- 아미노플루오레세인 및 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 추적자가 하기 일반식으로 나타나는 방법.
    상기식에서, A는 0내지 50개의 탄소원자 및 헤테로원자 (10개 이하의 헤테로원자를 포함함)가 포화 또는 불포화된 직쇄 또는 측쇄로 배열되어 이루어지지만 두 개 이하의 헤테로원자가 일렬로 연결되고 측쇄화가 단지 탄소원자상에서만 일어나는 스페이서 그룹이며, M은 >C= O, -NH-, O-C =O, N-C=O 및 N-C=S 로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 연결그룹이고, F1은 검출가능한 잔기이다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (a)가, 추가로, 시험샘플에 하기 일반식의 화합물을 가하여 단백질에 대한 비 -특이적 결합을 방지함을 포함하는 방법.
    상기식에서, Y=O, R1=C1, R2=H 이고 J=CH2CO2H이다.
  6. 하기 일반식의 추적자.
    상기식에서, A는 0 내지 50개의 탄소원자 및 헤테로원자 (10개 이하의 헤테로원자를 포함함) 가 포화 또는 불포화된 직쇄 또는 측쇄로 배열되어 이루어지지만 두 개 이하의 헤테로원자가 일렬로 연결되고 측쇄화가 단지 탄소원자상에서만 일어나는 스페이서 그룹이며, M은 >C =O, -NH-, O-C=O, N-C=O 및 N-C=O 및 N-C-S 로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 연결그룹이고, F1은 검출가능한 잔기이다.
  7. 하기 일반식의 면역원,
    상기식에서 A는 0 내지 50개의 탄소원자 및 헤테로원자 (10개 이하의 헤테로원자를 포함함) 가 포화 또는 불포화된 직쇄 또는 측쇄로 배열되어 이루어지지만 두 개 이하의 헤테로원자가 일렬로 연결되고 측쇄화가 단지 탄소 원자상에서만 일어나는 스페이서 그룹이며, M은 >C =O, -NH-, O-C=O, N-C=O 및 N-C=O 및 N-C-S 로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 연결그룹이고, Q 는 면역원성 보유체이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 면역원성 보유체가 알부민, 혈청, 단백질, 접안렌즈 단백질, 지질단백질, 소의혈청알부민, 키홀삿갓조개 헤모시아닌, 난알부민, 티로글로불린 및 소의 감마글로불린으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 면역원.
  9. 단백질 및 표면에 다수염소화된 비페닐 및 추적자의 비 - 특이적 결합을 감소시키기 위한 하기 일반식의 추가 화합물.
    상기식에서, Y=O, R1=C1, R2=H 이고 J=CH2CO2H 이다.
  10. (a) 분석물 - 특이적 항체 (b) 검출가능한 잔기로 라벨링된 추적자 및 (c) 단백질에 대한 분석물의 비 -특이적 결합을 방지하는 추가 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 시험 샘플중의 다수 염소화된 비페닐 함유 분석물의 존재 또는 양의 침출용 키트.
