제1도는 본 발명에 의한 한가지 실시예의 호이스팅재 분리장치의 사시도, 제2도는 분리장치의 주요부 파단정면도로서 장치를 느슨하게한 상태에서의 장치의 사용을 나타내는 도면, 제3도는 분리장치의 주요부의 다른 파단정면도로서 장치를 긴장시킨 상태에서의 장치의 사용을 나타내는 도면.

Claims (9)

  1. 베이스(11)와, 전기한 베이스에 부착되는 기단과 크레인의 후크(17)에 걸어 맞춤가능한 선단을 보유하는 상부호이스팅재(14)와, 전기한 베이스에 수직하게 설치된 마스트(18)와, 전기한 베이스에 부착되는 기단과 전기한 마스트에 삽입가능한 링(16b)을 보유하는 선단과 중량물(10)의 호이스팅재 걸림부(10a)와 걸어맞춤가능한 중간부를 보유하는 하부호이스팅재(16)와, 전기한 마스트에 상하운동가능하게 설치된 슬라이더(19)와, 무하증상태의 슬라이더(19)를 그 상단이 적어도 전기한 마스트의 상단에 일치하도록 밀어올리는 탄성체(21)와, 크레인이 상부호이스팅재를 사용하여 전기한 베이스를 끌어올린 상태에서 전기한 탄성체의 탄성력에 대항하여 슬라이더(19)를 하강시키는 장치(23)(24)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물호이스팅재의 분리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 하부호이스팅재(16)의 기단은 베이스에 분리가능하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물호이스팅재의 분리장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 마스트는원기둥형상이고, 전기한 슬라이더는 마스트에 삽입가능한 원통형상이며, 전기한 탄성체는 전기한 마스트에 헐겁게 끼워지는 코일스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물호이스팅재의 분리장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 압축되는 코일스프링을 보호하기 위해서 전기한 베이스와 슬아이더 사이에 배치되는 스페이서(20)을 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물호이스팅재의 분리장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 슬아이더하강장치는 현수재(23)를 통해 전기한 슬아이더에 매달려 있는 웨이트(24)인 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물호이스팅재의 분리장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 슬아이더하강장치는 베이스(31)에 배설된 고정활차
    (31c)와, 일단이 고정활차를 통과하여 슬라이더(39)에 고정되고 타단이 크레인의 후크(37)에 걸어맞춤가능한 긴장재(39b)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물호이스팅재의 분리장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 전기한 슬라이더에 고정되는 긴장재는 긴장재의 장력을 해제하도록 되어 있는 해제구(45)를 통해 크레인의 후크에 걸리는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물호이스팅재의 분리장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 전기한 해제구(45)는, 크레인의 후크(37)에 걸어맞춤 가능한 후크걸림부(51)와, 전기한 긴장재를 긴장상태로 지탱하였다가 긴장재의 긴장상태를 해제하는 해제레버(47)와, 레버(47)의 작동에 의해 긴장재가 해제된 후에 전기한 긴장재를 지탱하는 긴장재받이(57)와 레버에 고정된 제어로우프(48)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물호이스팅재의 분리장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 전기한 후크걸림부는 해제구의 상단을 관통하여 그 길이를 조절하도록 되어 있는 리프팅볼트(51a)와, 전기한 해제구에 볼트(51a)를 고정하기 위한 록너트(51b)로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량물호이스팅재의 분리장치.
