Claims (1)

  1. 복수의 서보모터의 구동을 제어하여 기계좌표계의 임의의 위치에 이동체를 이동시키는 서보모터제어장로서, 가계좌표계를 이루는 좌표축의 각각에 대해 상기 이동체의 현재 위치를 검출하는 위치검출수단과, 외부로부터의 이동지령에 의거하여 소정의 보간을 행하여, 상기 좌표축의 각각에 대해 목표위치를 설정하는 보간수다과, 상기 좌표축의 가각에 대해 상기 위치검출수단에 의해 검출된 이동체의 현재위치와 보간수단에 의해서 설정된 목표위치와의 편차에 의거하여, 상기 좌표축의 각각에 대해 설정된 소정의 제어게인으로 상기 각 서보모터의 회전량을 제어하는 회전량제어수단과, 상기 회전량제어수단에 의한 상기 좌표축 각각의 제어의 응답지연에 의거하여, 상기 좌표축의 각각에 대해 설정된 각 제어게인 변경하는 제어게인변경수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 서보모터제어장치.
