제1도는 실시예 1에 있어서 고무 입자 직경과 고무 입자 크기 분포(중량 분율)사이의 관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (3)
- 스티렌계 단량체 또는 스티렌계 단량체와 다른 공중합 가능한 공단량체와의 혼합물 98 내지 88중량%와 25℃에 있어서 5중량% 스티렌 용액 점도가 400 내지 2,000 센티포아즈인 고점성 고무 2 내지 12중량%로 이루어진 반응물 100중량부, 유기 과산화물 0.01 내지 0.2 중량부, 및 필요에 따라서 사용되는 불활성 유기 용매 0 내지 30중량부로 조제된 원료용액을 예비 가열하고, 이 예비 가열된 원료용액을 교반기가 부착된 플러그 플로우형 반응기 또는 이 반응기가 복수개로 직렬 연결된 장치의 한쪽 말단에 연속적으로 공급하여, 상기 고무가 입자로 변형되기에 충분한 전환율로 교반하에 예비 중합을 행하면서 이 고무 입자의 주지내 중량 평균 입자 직경을 0-8 내지 5㎛로 제어하고, 상기 반응기의 다른 쪽 말단에서 예비 중합된 원료용액을 꺼내어 이 예비중합된 원료용액을 후속 플러그 플로우형 반응기에 공급하여 전환율을 연속적으로 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내충격성이 뛰어난 고무 변성 스티렌계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원료용액을 완전 혼합계 탱크중에서 고무상 반전에 앞서서 행하는 조건하에 10중량% 이하의 전환율로 예비 가열하고, 그를 교반기가 부착된 플러그 플로우형 반응기의 한쪽 말단에 연속 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 변성 스티렌계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고무는 그의 25℃에 있어서 5중량% 스티렌 용액 점도(SV, 센티포아즈)와 반응물중의 고무의 함유량(R, 중량%)사이의 관계식 1.8log SV+log R〉5.7을 만족하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 변성 스티렌계 수지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
