Claims (13)

  1. 안정화제가 말단 중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화를 갖고 수평균 분자량이 6000 내지 100,000인 중합체이고, 분자당 하이드록실 그룹 1.0개 이하의 평균 하이드록실 작용기를 지님을 특징으로 하여, 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가 유효량의 안정화제의 존재하에서 연속적 폴리올 상에서 중합 반응되어 상기 연속 폴리올상중에 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 중합체의 입자의 분산액을 형성하는 중합체 폴리올의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 연속적 폴리올상이 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에테르의 혼합물이고 안정화제가 폴리테르인 방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 안정화제가 Mn이 8000 내지 50,000이고, 평균 하이드록실 작용가가 0.8 이하이며, 전체 작용가가 2 내지 3인 방법.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가 스티렌과 아크릴로니트릴과의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 안정화제의 전체 작용가가 2인 방법.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 연속적 폴리올상이 프로필렌 옥사이드의 중합체 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드와 에틸렌 옥사이드와의 공중합체인 폴리에테르인 방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 연속적 폴리올상의 평균 당량이 800 내지 3000이고 작용가가 2 내지 4인 방법.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 공중합체 폴리올이 10 내지 45중량%의 고체(%)를 갖는 방법.
  9. 제 4항에 있어서, 연속적 폴리올상이 평균 당량이 85 내지 500이고 평균 작용가가 3 내지 6인 폴리(프로필렌옥사이드) 또는 폴리(에틸렌옥사이드)인 방법.
  10. 제 3항에 있어서, 시드(seed) 분산액이 존재하는 방법.
  11. 제 3항에 있어서, 시드 분산액이 안정화제(이것은 말단 중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화를 갖고 수평균 분자량이 6000 내지 100,000이고, 분자당 하이드록실 그룹 1.0개 이하의 평균 하이드록실 작용가를 갖는다) 및 이의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 방법.
  12. 제 1항의 방법에 따른 중합체 폴리올.
  13. (a) 하이드록실-말단화된 중합체를 포함하는 연속상, (b) 상기 (a)의 연속상중에 분산되어 성분 (b)상으로 그래프트되는 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 중합체의 다수의 입자들, 및 (c) 성분 (a)의 중량을 기준하여 0.1 내지 10중량%의 안정화제(이것은 말단 중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화를 갖고 수평균 분자량이 6000 내지 100,000인 중합체이고, 분자당 하이드록실 그룹 1.0개 이하의 평균 하이드록실 작용가를 갖는다)를 포함하는 중합체 폴리올.
