Claims (13)

  1. 자유라디칼 중합가능한 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체(A)와 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리히드릭 알코올과의 자유 라디칼 중합반응 첨가생성물(B)을 포함하는 중합체/폴리올 제조에 사용되는 예비안정제 조성물.

    [상기식에서, A는 자유원자가가 3보다 크거나, 평균치가 3보다 큰 다중원자가 유기단편이며, R은 알킬렌 산화물 단편을 포함하는 이가잔기이며, X는 상기 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체(A) 및 수소원자와 공중합 가능한 반응성 불포화 결합을 포함하는 하나이상의 유기단편이며, X중 하나는 수소원자이고, 상기 첨가생성물은 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 더 첨가반응될 수 있다.]
  2. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 첨가생성물(B)이 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리히드릭 알코올의 첨가생성물인 안정제 조성물.

  3. (A) i)하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리올의 히드록시 말단기 알킬렌 산화물 첨가 생성물과, A(OH)〉3[상기식에서, A는 자유원자가 3보다 큰 다중 유기 단편이다.] ⅱ)하기의 단편을 포함하는 모소 또는 플리카보닐옥시 화합물과,ⅲ)선택적으로 첨가반응되는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와의 반응의 에스테르와 반응생성물을 포함하는 안정제에 대한 전구물질과, (B)적어도 하나가 안정제에 대한 전무물질(I)과 공중합 반응하는 하나이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체와, (C)자유 라디칼 중합반응 개시제와, (D) (A) (B) 및 (C)는 가용성이나, 생성되는 우수한 예비 안정제는 반드시 불용성인 희석액과, 를 포함하는 중합체/폴리올 제조에 사용되는 우수한 예비안정제를 제조하기 위한 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, A(OH)〉4가 펜타에리트리톨, 소르비톨, 만니톨, 아라비톨, 슈크로스 폴리비닐 알코올의 올리고머, 폴리비닐 글리시돌 및 연결된 분지쇄 폴리올로 부터 선택된 하나이상의 알코올인 예비안정제 제조를 위한 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알킬렌 산화물이 적어도 하나의 프로필렌 및 에틸렌 산화물인 예비안정제 제조를 위한 조성물.
  6. 반응영역이 액체상태만을 유지하도록 하는 압력하에서 자유 라디칼 반응을 개시하기에 충분한 온도로 모든 또는 거의 모든 (A)가 반응하기에 충분한 시간동안 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 따라, 화합물(A), (B), (C) 및 (D)를 제공하는 단계와; 희석액에 분산된 우수한 예비안정제를 포함하는 불균일 혼합물과 미반응 단량체를 존재하는 정도까지 회수하는 단계와, 로 되는 우수한 예비안정제 제조공정.
  7. 10내지 180의 히드록시기 수를 갖는 액체 폴리올 기제(I) 약40내지 70중량%와, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 안정제(Ⅲ)의 존재하에서, 유리 라디칼 중합반응 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 포함하며, 취급시에 안정하고 약 10 마이크론 미만의 평균입자 크기를 가지며 액체 폴리올 기제(I)내에 분산된 미립자 중합체 부분(Ⅱ)과를 포함하며; 전체중량의 약30 내지 60중량%의 중합체 성분과, 중합체 성분이 상기의 범위이상일때 세티스톡에서의 점성도 20,000cst와 150메쉬 스크린을 거의 100% 통과하는 생성물 안정성을 가지는 중합체/폴리올 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴과 스티렌의 혼합물과 (Ⅱ)의 유리 라디칼 중합가능한 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 포함하는 중합체/폴리올 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, (a)의 히드록시기 말단 알킬렌 산화물의 중량비가 평균적으로 입자(Ⅱ)의 중량에 대해 0.2 내지 20중량%를 포함하는 중합체/폴리올 조성물.
  10. 중합체/폴리올로부터 제조되는 폴리우레탄 발포물.
  11. ⅰ)제6항에 따라 제조되거나 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 우수한 안정제와,
    ⅱ)자유라디칼 중합가능한 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체와,
    ⅲ)약 180 미만의 히드록시기를 갖는 폴리올과,
    ⅳ)자유 라디칼 중합반응 개시제와, 로 되는 중합체/폴리올 형성 조성물.
  12. (1)(a)약 180 미만의 히드록기를 갖는 폴리올과, (b)유리 라디칼 중합가능한 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체와, (c)자유 라디칼 중합가능한 개시제와, (d)선택적으로 희석액과를 제6항에 따라 제조되거나 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 따른 우수한 예비안정제의 불균일 혼합물을 제공하는 단계와,
    (2)액체 상태만으로 유지되기에 충분한 압력하에서 자유 라디칼 반응이 개시되기에 충분한 온도로 적어도 (b)의 대부분이 반응하기에 충분한 시간동안 반응영역내에서 유지시킴으로써 증가된 중합체 폴리올, 미반응 단량체 및 희석액을 포함하는 불균일 혼합물을 형성하는 단계와,
    (3)증가된 중합체/폴리올로부터 미반응 단량체 및 희석액을 제거 회수하는 단계와, 로 되는 중합체/폴리올 조성물 제조공정.
  13. 중합체/폴리올, 폴리우레탄 촉매, 유기 폴리 이소시아네이트, 실리콘 계면활성제 및 분출제를 사용하며, 중합체/폴리올로서 제11항에 따른 중합체/폴리올 조성물을 사용하는 폴리우레탄 발포물 제조를 위한 조성물.
