제3도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 광전변환장치의 회로도, 제4도는 제3도의 광전변환장치의 동작을 설명하기 위한 타이밍챠트, 제5A 및 제5B도는 제3도의 광전변환장치에 따른 광전변환부의 개략단면도와 평면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 다수의 광전변환소자, 스위칭소자, 매트릭스신호배선 및 게이트 구성배선이 동일 기판상에 배치되고 병렬신호를 발생하는 광전변환부; 구동신호를 게이트 구동배선에 인가히기 위한 구동스위칭부; 및 매트릭스 신호배선으로부터 전송된 병렬신호를 직렬신호로 변환하고 외부에 판독되도록 하기 위한 판독스위칭부를 포함하며 상기 판독스위칭부는 상기 매트릭스 신호배선에 연결되는 전송스위치, 판독콘덴서 및 순차적으로 스위치되어 판독콘덴서로부터의 직렬신호로써 상기 병렬신호를 판독하기 위한 판독스위치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이미지 입력부로서 사용되는 이미지 처리장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 처리장치는 팩시밀리기계인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 처리장치는 이미지 판독기인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 처리장치는 복사기인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 처리장치는 전자칠판인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 입력부에 의하여 입력되는 이미지 정보에 따라 기록하기 위한 기록부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기록부가 잉크분사기록장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 잉크분사기록장치가 열에너지에 의하여 잉크를 분출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
