제1도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크식 브레이크의 제1실시예를 도시한 단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 디스크식 브레이크의 측면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크식 브레이크의 제2실시예를 부분단면으로 나타낸 측면도.

Claims (18)

  1. 로터(12) 상기 로터의 양측에 위치되고 상기 로터와 브레이크 결합하도록 이동가능한 내. 외부 브레이크 패드(14, 16) 상기 브레이크 패드중의 하나를 상기 로터에 대하여 밀어주는 피스톤(26)과, 상기 로터의 일측에 위치되어 내부의 유압작동에 의해 피스톤이 활주 이동가능토록 하나의 작동실을 형성하는 실린더(32)가 갖춰진 캘리퍼하우징(28) 및, 유압공급원으로부터 실린더로 유체를 공급하여 상기 피스톤이 이동하도록 형성된 유압라인부(34)를 포함하는 캘리퍼(18)를 포함하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크(10)에 있어서, 상기 유압라인부(34)내에 상기 캘리퍼(18)와 일체로 형성된 유압조정밸브(44)가, 상기 유압공급원으로부터 전달된 유압이 소정치를 초과할때, 상기 피스톤(26)에 작동하는 유압을 제한하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압조정밸브(44)가 상기 캘리퍼 하우징(28)과 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캘리퍼(18)가 이동되는 방식이고, 상기 캘리퍼 하우징(28)이 지지대에 활주가능토록 장착되며, 상기 피스톤(26)이 상기 브레이크 패드(14)를 상기 로터로 밀어주는 작동에 따라 브레이크 패드(16)를 상기 로터(12)로 밀어주는 아암부재(30)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캘리퍼(142)가 고정된 방식이고, 또한 상기 캘리퍼가 상기 로터(150)에 대하여 브레이크 패드(150)를 밀어주는 제2피스톤(154)을 갖추며, 상기 캘리퍼 하우징은 지지대에 착탈 가능토록 장착되고, 상기 로터의 타측에 위치되면서 내부의 유압작동으로 제2피스톤을 활주이동시키는 제2실린더(148)를 포함하며, 유압라인부(162, 166)는 각각의 실린더에 동일한 유압이 작용하도록 유체를 공급하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 유압조정밸브(44, 172)는 실린더(32, 146, 148)내의 유압이 소정치에 도달할때 폐쇄되도록 작용되는 압력감지 방식으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유압조정밸브(44)는 단이형성된 구멍(46), 상기 구멍내에 위치된 밸브 시이트(76) 상기 유압조정밸브를 폐쇄시키도록 상기 밸브시이트와 결합 가능한 밸브 부재(60), 상기 구멍내에 위치되고, 상기 구멍에 대하여 축방향으로 이동가능하며, 밸브 시이트와 밸브부재를 갖춘 밸브 피스톤(56), 상기 밸브피스톤이 유압조정밸브의 열림위치로 항상 작용하도록 위치시키는 스프링(70)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 밸브부재(60)가 밸브피스톤(56)에 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 시이트가 탄성물질로된 컵형 밀봉부재(76)로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밸브시이트가 밸브피스톤에 일체로 형성되고, 상기 밸브부재가 상기 밸브시이트를 향하여 치우쳐 위치됨을 특징으로하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  10. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 유압조정밸브가 관성 검지방식이고, 자동차가 소정치의 감속비를 초과할때, 상기 소정치에 해당하는 유압을 제한시켜주도록 폐쇄됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  11. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 유압조정밸브가 하중 및 높이 검지 방식이고, 자동차의 현수 장치에 의해 작동되며, 자동차의 현수장치 높이가 일정거리를 초과하여 유압이 소정치에 도달하게 되면 폐쇄되도록 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압조정밸브(202)가 캘리퍼하우징(188)과 나사결합하는 하우징(204)를 갖추도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압조정밸브(44, 102, 172, 220, 232)가 캘리퍼하우징(28, 188)과 하나의 부재로 일체로 형성된 하우징(218, 234)을 갖추도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  14. 제12항 또는 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 유압조정밸브(220, 232)의 하우징(218, 234)이 상기 실린더(192) 또는 상기 캘리퍼 하우징(188)에 형성된 다수개의 실린더 중의 하나로 연장형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 유압조정밸브(88, 102, 234, 268)가 캘리퍼 하우징에 형성된 외측 개구부(48' 172)를 통해 조립되고, 상기 외측 개구부는 캡부(64', 144, 280)에 의해 밀폐되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  16. 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 유압조정 밸브(172, 202, 220, 230)는 피스톤(152, 186)이 실린더에 조립되기에 앞서 캘리퍼 하우징(144, 188)에 형성된 실린더(146, 192)를 통해 조립 되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 캘리퍼(18)는 상기 유압과는 독립적으로 작용하여 상기 로터와 브레이크 결합 하도록 브레이크 패드를 이동시켜 주는 주차용 브레이크장치(86)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크.
  18. 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 자동차용 디스크식 브레이크 내에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 캘리퍼.
