Claims (17)
- CO2, CO2를 포함하는 기체혼합물, 알카리 하이드로겐 카보네이트 또는 알칼리 카보네이트와 황화바륨 여과액의 여과액 잔사를 수성 매질에서 반응시켜 고체 조성물 및 수성 황화수소용액 또는 황화알카리 용액을 포함하는 반응혼합물로 변화시키고 이 반응 혼합물로 부터 고체조성물을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 무기바륨을 포함하는 고체조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알카리 여과액은 물에 현탁된 형으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항이나, 2항에 있어서, 알카리 카보네이트를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 알카리 카보네이트는 수용액 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 알카리 카보네이트가 5-15wt% 포함된 수용액을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 알카리 카보네이트는 여과의 잔사내의 황화바륨, 바륨 티오설페이트, 바륨실리케이트, 칼슘하이드록사이드를 바륨 카보네이트 및 칼슘 카보네이트로 전환시키는데 화학양론적으로 필요한 양인 0.5-1.5배로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 알카리 카보네이트로서 나트륨 카보네이트를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리된 고체조성물은 한번이나 그 이상 물로 수세됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 고체조성물은 건조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 바륨 카보네이트나 불활성 첨가제 특히 칼슘 카보네이트는 바륨 카보네이트의 양이 건조된 물질에 대하여 15-90wt%가 바람직하게는 40-50wt%가 될때까지 분리된 고체조성물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전황의 어느 한항에 있어서, 고체조성물을 세척하여 얻어진 세척용액과/또는 고체조성물을 분리하여 얻어진 황화알칼리를 포함하는 수용액은 여과액 잔사를 현탁시키고/또는 알칼리 카보네이트 수용액을 만들기 위해 전부 또는 부분적으로 재사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 방법에 따라 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 무기바륨 포함 고체조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 대체로 염소가 없으며 바륨 카보네이트로 표현되는 고체조성물은 염산에 용해되는 바륨화합물 성분이 15-90wt%, 바람직하게는 40-50%로 포함되고 요오드적정으로 환원물질 측정시 특히 환원 황화합물이 건조물질의 3wt%이하, 바람직하게는 0.1-2.5wt%로 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 고체조성물.
- 제12항이나 13항에 있어서, 물은 0-50wt% 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 고체조성물.
- 제12항 내지 14항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구워진 도기류를 제조하기 위해 첨가제로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 고체조성물의 사용방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 첨가제는 설페이트를 포함하는 점토에 구워지지 않은 점토의 건조질량에 대하여 0.1-10wt%로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항 내지 제14항의 고체조성물을 사용하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 도기류.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
