Claims (17)

  1. 다음 단계로 이루어지는, 세제분말 또는 그 성분으로서 사용하기에 적합한 과립고체의 제조방법. (ⅰ) 다음 물질로 구성되는 수성슬러리를 제조하는 단계 : (a) 중량 8 내지 80%의 탄산나트륨, (b) 임의의 기타 무기염으로서, 중탄산 나트륨이 함유된다면 중탄산나트륨 대 탄산나트륨의 중량비가 1 : 3을 초과하지 않으며, 2%를 넘지 않는 함량의 알칼리성 규산나트륨, (c) 임의의 하나 또는 그 이상의 음이온 및/또는 비이온 세제-활성화합물 및/또는 기타 세제성분 : (ⅱ) 탄산나트륨의 첨가 이후에 또는 동시에, 탄산나트륨 1몰당 0.05 내지 0.8당량의 양으로, 탄산나트륨을 세스퀴탄산 나트륨으로 변환시킬 수 있는 산을 슬러리에 첨가시키는 단계 : (ⅲ) 이 슬러리를 건조시켜 침상 결정 형태의 세스퀴탄산나트륨을 함유하는 분말을 생성하는 단계 (모든 퍼센트는 건조분말을 기준으로 한 것임.)
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, (ⅲ) 단계는 슬러리를 분무-건조하는 제조방법.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 슬러리는 (a) 중량 8 내지 80%의 탄산나트륨 및 (b) 중량 5 내지 40%의 안정한 결정성 물질로서, (a) 및 (b)의 총량은 최소한 중량 15%인 물질(모든 퍼센트는 건조분말을 기준으로 함)로 구성 되는 제조방법.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 슬러리는 (a) 중량 10 내지 60%의 탄산나트륨 및 (b) 중량 10 내지 40%의 안정한 결정성 물질로 구성되는 제조방법.
  5. 제 3항 내지 4항에 있어서, (a) 및 (b)의 총량은 건조분말을 기준으로 최소한 중량 20%인 제조방법.
  6. 제 3항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안정한 결정성 물질이 알칼리금속 알루미노실리케이트인 제조방법.
  7. 제 3항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안정한 결정성 물질이 세분화된 탄산 칼슘인 제조방법.
  8. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 슬러리는 실질적으로 알칼리금속 알루미노실리케이트를 함유하지 않고 중량 15 내지 80%의 탄산나트륨을 함유하는 제조방법.
  9. 이상의 청구범위 중 한 항에 있어서, (ⅱ) 단계에서 산은 탄산나트륨 1몰당 0.2 내지 0.8당량의 양으로 첨가되는 제조방법.
  10. 이상의 청구범위 중 한 항에 있어서, (ⅱ) 단계에서 첨가되는 산은 1.8 내지 10의 범위 내의 PKa값을 가지는 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, (ⅱ) 단계에서 첨가되는 산은 탄산나트륨을 기준으로 하여 중량 5 내지 50% 양의 숙신산인 제조방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, (ⅱ) 단계에서 첨가되는 산은 지방산인 제조방법.
  13. 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (ⅱ) 단계에서 첨가되는 산은 알킬벤젠 설폰산인 제조방법.
  14. 이상의 청구범위 중 한 항에 있어서, 슬러리는 건조분말을 기준으로 하여 중량 2%보다 많은 양의 중탄산 나트륨을 포함하지 않는 제조방법.
  15. 이상의 청구범위중 한 항에 있어서, 슬러리는 무기인산면을 함유하지 않는 제조방법.
  16. 이상의 청구범위 중 한 항에 있어서, 공정 중 슬러리 및 건조분말의 온도는 100℃를 넘지 않는 제조방법.
  17. 동적유동속도가 최소한 90m1/s이며, 제 1항 내지 제36항의 어느 한 항에 청구된 제조방법에 의해 제조되는, 세제조성물 또는 그 성분으로서 사용하기에 적합한 분말.
