Claims (17)

  1. 산소-함유 표백제 입자 및 상기한 표백제에 대한 활성제 입자의 혼합물로 구성되고, 상기 혼합된 입자들은 수용성 결합제 내에 캡슐화되는 과립 세탁제 첨가제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 과립내의 표백제 및 표백활성제의 개별적 입자들이 상기 결합제의 코우팅층에 의해 서로로부터 실질적으로 분리되는 첨가제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 결합제가 비이온 계면활성제인 첨가제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 표백제가 과붕산염 화합물인 첨가제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 활성제가 아실옥시 벤젠설포네이트인 첨가제
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 표백제가 과붕산염인 첨가제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 표백제 및 표백활성제가 첨가제의 약 55-약 95중량%를 구성하는 첨가제.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 표백제 및 표백활성제가 약 4 : 1-약 0.3 : 1의 중량비로 존재하는 첨가제.
  9. (A) 미세하게 분할된 표백화합물과 상기한 표백화합물에 대한 미세하게 분할된 활성제를 혼합하고, (B) 표백화합물과 활성제화합물의 혼합물을 용융된 보통 고체인 수용성 결합제와 혼합하고, (C) 결과 혼합물을 압출하고, (D) 압출물을 과립으로 절단하는 것으로 구성되며, 그것에 의하여 상기 결합제를 녹이는 온도의 물에 과립이 첨가될 때까지 상기 과립내의 상기 표백화합물과 활성제화합물이 서로 반응하지 않는 표백화합물과 상기 표백화합물에 대한 활성제의 각각을 함유하는 과립 세탁제 첨가제를 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 혼합단계가 무수조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 혼합단계가 또한, 표백화합물 및 활성제화합물이 실질적으로 서로 반응하지 않는 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 결합제가 비이온 계면활성 화합물인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 표백화합물이 과붕산염이고 표백활성제 화합물이 아실옥시 벤젠 설포네이트인 방법.
  14. (A) 과붕산염 표백화합물 분말과 아실옥시벤젠 설포네이트 화합물 활성제분말의 혼합물 약 75-약 95중량부를, 상기 분말혼합물에 대한 코우팅 및 결합제로서의 약 25-5중량부의 보통 고체인, 용융된 비이온 계면활성제와 결합시키고; (B) 압출물의 온도를 과붕산염과 상기 압출물내의 활성제화합물이 서로 반응하는 온도이하로 유지하면서 (A) 단계의 혼합물을 압출하고; (C) 압출물을 냉각하여 결합제를 고체화하고 압출물을 과립으로 절단하는 단계로 구성되는, 과붕산염 표백화합물과 상기한 과붕산염 표백화합물에 대한 활성제로서 아실옥시벤젠 실포네이트 화합물로 구성되는 자유유동 비점착성 과립 세탁제 첨가제의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 단계(A)가 무수조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 단계(B)에서 온도가 결합제의 연화온도와 결합제의 고체화온도 사이에 유지되어 결합제가 왁스와 같은 점도를 나타내는 방법.
  17. 음이온, 비이온, 양쪽성, 쯔비터이온 유기합성 계면활성제 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 유기 계면활성졔 화합물; 무기증강제염, 유기증강제염 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 세탁제 증강제염; 및 제1항의 과립 세탁제 첨가제 형태의 산소-함유 표백제와 상기한 표백제에 대한 활성제 화합물로 구성되는 분말 또는 과립 세탁제 조성물.
