Claims (10)

  1. 최소한 다음의 것으로 구성된 규산염 비함유 세제과립, (i) 탄산칼슘에 대하여 종정 역할을 하는 비 수용성 미립성 탄산염물질. (ii) 비수용성 미립성 탄산염 물질에 대한 확산제 역할을 하는 비 석검(비누)성 세제활성물질. (iii) 위에서 정의한 설탕.
  2. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 상기 비 석검성 세제 활성물질은 음이온성 세제 활성물로 된 것을 특징으로하는 세제과립.
  3. 청구범위 1에 있어서 과립내의 비 석검성 세제 활성물질함량 수준은 성분(i), (ii) 및 (iii)의 총중량을 기준할 때 2중량％ 이상인 것을 특징으로하는 세제과립.
  4. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 과립내의 설탕의 함량수준은 성분(i), (ii) 및 (iii)의 총중량을 기준할 때 5중량％ 이상인 것을 특징으로하는 세제과립.
  5. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 추가적으로 탄산알카리금속을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세제과립.
  6. 물속에 여러 가지 해당성분을 첨가하여 슬러리를 만들고, 이 슬러리를 분무건조 시키는 과정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 의한 세제과립의 제조방법.
  7. 과립기계를 사용하여 성분들을 집괴화 시키는 과정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 의한 세제과립의 제조방법.
  8. 청구범위 6에 있어서, 슬러리에는 추가적으로 탄산알카리금속 이 함유되고, 이 비수용성 미립정 탄산염물질을 가하기전에 최소한 그 일부분을 물에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세제과립등으로 구성된 세제조성물.
  9. 세제활성물질, 탄산 알카리금속 및 청구범위 1에 의한 세제과립등으로 구성된 세제조성물.
  10. 최소한 세제활성물질 및 규산 알카리금속을 함유한 슬러리를 분무건조시켜 기본 분말을 만들고, 이 기본분말에 청구범위 1에 의한 세제과립을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세제조성물의 제조방법.
