제1도는 본 발명의 방법의 한 양태에 따른 다층 예비 성형체의 제조단계를 도식적으로 나타낸 것이며, 제2도는 본 발명의 방법의 한 양태에 따라 예비성형되는 페이스트 압출상태를 도시한 단면도.
Claims (7)
- 액체 활탁제가 각각 혼합된 두 종류 이상의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 미세분말로 압출금형의 실린더의 내부를구별되게 충진시키고,분말을 페이스트-압출시켜 다층 혼합물을 형성키신 후, 임의로 압연하고, 다층 압출물 또는 압연된 다층 압출물로 부터 액체 활탁제를 제거하여 비-소결된 다층 구조물을 수득한 다음, 비-소결된 다층 구조물을 소결된 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌의 융점 이상의 온도에서 가열하여 반-소결된 다층 구조물을 수득하고, 이어서, 반-소결된 다층 구조물을 적어도 일축으로 신장시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 평균 기공직경이 상이한 둘 이상의 층을 함유하는 다층 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다공성막을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 미세분말들 중 하나 이상이, 차동주사열량계를 측정한 결정용 융곡선상의 흡열 피이크가 다른 분말들과 상이한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 미세분말로부터 제조된 반-소결된 다층 구조물에서, 상기 반-소결된 다층 구조물을 구성하는 각각의 층들이 최고치와 최저치 사이의 차이가 0.1 이상인 결정 전이를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌 미세분말들 중 하나 이상이 비-섬유 형성물질을 함유하는 방법.
- 둘 이상의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 층을 함유하는 비-소결된 다층 구조물을 소결된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 융점 이상의 온도에서 가열함으로써 제조되며, 이와 같이 제조된 반-소결된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다층 구조물을 구성하는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌층 각각은 차동주사열량계로 측정한 결정용융곡선상에서 332 내지 348℃의 온도에서 뚜렷한 흡열 피이크를 가지며 0.10 내지 0.85의 결정전이를 갖는, 반-소결된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다층 구조물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반-소결된 다층 구조물을 구성하는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 층들이 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 미세분말들로 각각 제조되며, 상기 미세분말들 중 하나 이상은 차동주사열량계로 측정한 결정용융곡선상의 흡열 피이크가 다른 분말들과 상이한, 반-소결된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다층 구조물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반-소결된 다층 구조물을 구성하는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 층들이 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 미세분말들로 각각 제조되며, 상기 미세분말들 중 하나 이상은 비-섬유형성물질을 함유하는, 반-소결된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 다층 구조물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
