Abstract

용이하게 제조할 수 있으며, 내압 강도가 높고, 여과 정확도가 높으며 여과 수명이 긴 원통형 필터; 이러한 원통형 필터의 제조에 적합한 극미세 섬유 웹 및 부직포; 및 이러한 웹, 부직포 및 원통형 필터의 제조방법이 제공된다.
웹은 용융 취입법에 따라 방사된 극미세 혼방 섬유로 이루어지며, 혼방 섬유는 융점 차이가 10℃ 이상인 고융점 극미세 섬유와 저융점 극미세 섬유로 이루어지고, 저융점 극미세 섬유는 혼방 섬유의 10내지 90중량%의 양으로 함유되며, 부직포는 웹의 열처리에 의해 수득되고, 원통형 필터는 웹 또는 부직포를 권취한 다음 열처리함으로써 수득된다.

Claims (16)

  1. 고융점 극미세 섬유와, 10내지 90중량%의 비율로 함유되는 저융점 극미세 섬유(이들 섬유의 융점 차이는 10℃이상이다)로 이루어지며 용융 취입법에 따라 방사된 극미세 혼방 섬유로 이루어진 웹.
  2. 고융점 극미세 섬유와 극미세 섬유(이들 섬유의 융점 차이는 10℃이상이다)로 이루어지며 고융점 극미세 섬유가 10내지 90중량%의 비율로 극미세 섬유 혼합물에 함유되어 있는 저융점 극미세 섬유를 융착시킴으로써 고정되는, 용융 취입법에 따라 방사된 극미세 혼방 섬유로 이루어진 부직포.
  3. 고융점 극미세 섬유와 저융점 극미세 섬유(이들 섬유의 융점 차이는 10℃ 이상이다)로 이루어지며 고융점 극미세 섬유가 10내지 90중량%의 비율로 극미세 섬유 혼합물에 함유되어 있는 저융점 극미세 섬유를 융착시킴으로써 고정되는 용융 취입법에 따라 방사된 극미세 혼방 섬유로 이루어진 입체적으로 성형된 제품.
  4. 고융점 극미세 섬유와 저융점 극미세 섬유(이들 섬유의 융점 차이는 10℃이상이다)로 이루어지며 고융점 극미세 섬유가 10내지 90중량%의 비율로 극미세 섬유 혼합물에 함유되어 있는 저융점 극미세 섬유를 융착시킴으로써 고정되는 용융 취입법에 따라 방사된 극미세 혼방 섬유로 이루어진 원통형 필터.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고융점 극미세 섬유 및 저융점 극미세 섬유 중의 하나가 복합섬유인 섬유 제품.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고융점 극미세 섬유 및/또는 저융점 극미세 섬유의 직경이 20㎛이하인 섬유 제품.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고융점 극미세 섬유 및/또는 저융점 극미세 섬유의 직경이 0.1 내지 10㎛이하인 섬유 제품.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 고융점 극미세 섬유 및/ 또는 저융점 극미세 섬유의 직경이 섬유의 여과 방향을 따라 연속적으로 감소되고 최소 섬유 직경에 대한 최대 섬유 직경이 비가 2배 이상인 원통형 필터.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 필터의 여과층의 공극 직경이 필터이 여과 방향을 따라 연속적으로 감소되고 최소 공극 직경에 대한 최대 공극 직경의 비가 2배 이상인 원통형 필터.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 피터의 여과층의 공극 직경이 여과방향을 따라 대, 소, 대 순서로 변하며 최소 공극 직경에 대한 최대 공극 직영의 비가 2배 이상인 원통형 필터.
  11. 저융점 수지용 압출기와 고융점 수지용 압출기를 각각 사용하여, 압출되는 저융점 수지의 양이 수지총 압출량을 기준으로 하여 10내지 90중량%로 되도록 조절하면서 용융 취입법에 따라 고융점 수지와 저융점 수지를 방사함을 포함하여, 고융점 극미세 섬유와 저융점 극미세 섬유로 이루어지는 극미세 혼방 섬유를 제조하는 방법.
  12. 저융점 수지용 압출기와 고융점 수지용 압출기를 각각 사용하여, 압출되는 저융점 수지의 양이 수지총 압출량을 기준으로 하여 10내지 90중량%로 되도록 조절하면서 용융 취입법에 따라 융점 차이가 10℃이상인 고융점 수지와 저융점 수지를 방사하여 극미세 혼방 섬유 웹을 수득하는 단계 및 극미세 혼방 섬유 웹을 저융점 극미세 섬유의 연화온도 내지 고융점 극미세 섬유의 연화온도의 온도 범위에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하여, 고융점 극미세 섬유와 저융점 극미세 섬유로 이루어지며 고융점 극미세 섬유가 저융점 극미세 섬유를 융착시킴으로써 고정되는 부직포를 제조하는 방법.
  13. 저융점 수지용 압출기와 고융점 수지용 압출기를 각각 사용하여, 압출되는 저융점 수지의 양이 수지총 압출량을 기준으로 하여 10내지 90중량%로 되도록 조절하면서 용융 취입법에 따라 융점 차이가 10℃이상인 고융점 수지와 저융점 수지를 방사하여 극미세 혼방 섬유 웹을 수득하는 단계 및 극미세 혼방 섬유 웹을 저융점 극미세 섬유의 연화온도 내지 고융점 극미세 섬유의 연화온도의 온도 범위에서 성형하는 단계를 포함하여, 고융점 극미세 섬유와 저융점 극미세 섬유로 이루어지며 고융점 극미세 섬유가 저융점 극미세 섬유를 융착시킴으로써 고정되는 성형품을 제조하는 방법.
  14. 저융점 수지용 압출기와 고융점 수지용 압출기를 각각 사용하여, 압출되는 저융점 수지의 양이 수지총 압출량을 기준으로 하여 10내지 90중량%로 되도록 조절하면서 용융 취입법에 따라 융점 차이가 10℃이상인 고융점 수지와 저융점 수지를 방사하여 극미세 혼방 섬유 웹을 수득하는 단계, 극미세 혼방 섬유 웹을 저융점 극미세 섬유의 연화온도 내지 고융점 극미세 섬유의 연화온도의 온도 범위에서 열처리하는 단계 및, 극미세 혼방 섬유를 원통 형태로 권취하는 단계를 포함하여, 고융점 극미세 섬유와 저융점 극미세 섬유로 이루어지며 고융점 극미세 섬유가 저융점 극미세 섬유를 융착시킴으로써 고정되는 원통형 필터를 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 용융 취입 방사법에 따라 극미세 혼방 섬유 웹을 수득할 때 수지 압출량과 방사속도를 연속적으로 변화시킴으로써, 극미세 혼방 섬유 웹의 섬유 직경이 웹의 두께 방향에서 연속적으로 또는 단계적으로 변하는 원통형 필터의 제조방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 극미세 혼방 섬유 웹을 권취하는 동안 웹에 가해지는 압력이 연속적으로 변하는 원통형 필터의 제조방법.
