Claims (8)

  1. 플라본 글리코시드 40∼60%, 바람직하게는 45∼55%, 깅골리드 A,B,C 및 J 합계 5.5∼8.0%, 특히, 7.0% 바이로발리드 5.0∼7.0%, 바람직하게는 6.0%, 프토안토시아니딘 10%미만, 및 알켈페놀화합물 약 10ppm이하, 바람직하게는 1ppm이하를 함유하는 것이 특징인 은행잎 추출물.
  2. 플라본 글리코시드 40∼60%, 바람직하게는 45∼55%, 깅골리드 A,B,C 및 J 합계호 5.5∼8.0%, 특히 7.0%이하, 바이로발리드 0.5%미만, 바람직하게는 0.1%미만, 프토안토시아니딘 10%미만, 및 알킬페놀화합물 약 10ppm이하, 바람직하게는 1ppm미만을 함유하는 것이 특징인 은행잎 추출물.
  3. 플라본 글리코시드 40∼60%, 바람직하게는 45∼55%, 깅골리드 0.1%이하, 바이로발리드 5.0∼7.0% 바람직하게는 6.0% 프로안토시아니딘 10%미만, 알킬페놀화합물 약 10ppm이하, 바람직하게는 1ppm미만을 함유하는 것이 특징인 은행잎 추출물.
  4. 은행잎으로 부터 플라본 글리코시드 함량이 40∼60%, 바람직하게는 45∼55%인 플라본 농축물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 플라보 글리코시드 함량이 높은, 신선한 또는 건조한 은행잎을 40∼100℃에서, 수성아세톤, 탄소수 1∼3의 수성 알카놀 또는 무수 매탄올로 추출하고, (b) 상기 추출물을 그 유기용매 합량이 10중량%이하, 바람직하게는 5중량%이하가 되게 유기용매의 대부분을 제거하고 최후 증류탄계에서 물을 가하고, (c) 잔존하는 농축 수용액을 물로 희석하여, 그 고체함량이 10∼20중량%가 되게 하고, 교반하면 25℃이하의 온도, 바람직하게는 약 10∼12℃로 침전물이 형성될때가지 방치 냉각하고 수중에 난용성인 천유성 성분으로 된 상기 침전물을 제거하고, (d) 그 잔존수용액을 비점이 120℃이하인 포름산 또는 초산을 에스테르, 바람직하게는 초산에틸 또는 상기 에스테르와 비점이 약 60∼100℃인 지방족 또는 지환식 탄화수소와의 9:1∼7:3의 혼합물로써 다단 추출처리하고, (e) 그 잔존수용액으로 부터 증류에 의하여, 용해된 에스테르 및 필용에 따라 탄화수소를 제거하고, (f) 그 얻어진 용액을 물과 섞이지않는 탄소수 4∼5의 알카놀, 바람직하게는 n-부탄올로 추출하고, (g) 그 부탄올상 또는 펜탄올성을 소량의 물로 수세하고, (h) 그 알카놀상들을 계속적으로 농축하고, 잔량의 용매를 에탄올과 물을 가해서 공비증류시켜 완전제거함을 특징으로 하는 플라본 농축물의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항의 (d)단계에 의하여 얻어진 초산에틸 또는 초산에틸/탄화수소 추출물을 활성탄으로 처리하여 동반물질들을 제거하거나, 또는 세파텍스 LH-20R등의 분자량 1000미만의 물질 분리에 적합한 켈 또는 실리카 겔 충전된 컬럼 크로마토 그래피에 의해 상기 동반물질들의 제거함을 특징으로 하는 깅골리드/바이로발리드 농축물의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항의 (d)단계에 의하여 얻어진 에스테르 또는 에스테르/탄화수소 추출물을 활성탄으로 처리하여 동반물질들의 제거하고, 계속적으로 깅골리드를 석출시키고, 그 모액으로부터 컬럼 크로마토, 그래피에 의하여 순수한 바이로발리드와 깅골리드를 분리하는 것이 특징인 순수 바이로발리드 및 깅골리드가 없는 바이로발리드-혼합물의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항∼3항 중 임의의 1항에 있어서, (a) 제5항에 의한 깅골리드+바이로발리드 농축물의 알콜용액 또는 제6항에 의한 순수 깅골리드 도는 순수 바이로발리드를 첨가하여 알킬페놀 화합물의 함량을 10ppm, 바람직하게는 1ppm으로 감소시킨후, 제4항에 의한 플라본 농축물의 알콜수용액을 비점이 약 60∼100℃인 지방족 또는 지환식 용매로 추출하고, (b) 그 수상을 감압 농축하고, 60∼80℃의 온도에서 증발시켜 함수량이 5%미만인 건조 추출물을 얻는것이 특징인 은행잎 추출물의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항∼3항 중 임의의 1항에 의한 은행잎 추출물을 함유하거나 또는 제4항∼7항 중 임의 1항에 의하여 제조한 은행잎 추출물을 함유한 약제.
