Claims (8)

  1. 중량%로, Cr60%이상, 잔부 Fe이고 Fe는 5%이상 포함되고, 평균 결정입경은 50㎛이상, 융점은 1600℃이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, C 0.8% 이하와 Si 5% 이하중 1종 또는 2종을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열합금.
  3. 중량%로 Cr60%이상과 W 10%이하, Mo 10%이하, Nb 10%이하, Ta 10%이하, Hf 10%이하, Co 10%이하, Ni 10%이하, Ti 10%이하, Al 10%이하, V 10%이하, Mn 10%이하 및 희토류 원소 10%이하로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 내지 2종이상의 원소를 합계량으로 35%이하 함유하고, 잔부 Fe이고 Fe는 5%이상 포함되고, 평균결정입경은 50㎛이상, 융점은 1600℃이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열합금.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, C 0.8%이하와 Si 5%이하중 1종 또는 2종을 함유하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 내열합금.
  5. 중량%로, Cr 60%이상, 잔부 Fe이고 Fe는 5%이상 포함되고, 평균 결정입경은 50㎛이상, 융점은 1600℃이상인 금속 매트릭스에 체적율로 40%이하의 세라믹 분산상이 혼재된 복합조지기을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열재료.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, C 0.8%이하와 Si 5%이하중 1종 또는 2종을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열재료.
