Claims (2)

  1. 금속의 매트릭스에 Y2O3을 미세분산시킨 소결합금에 있어서, 금속은 하기의 그룹으로 부터 선택되고 Y2O3는 0.2~2.0%(중량%, 이하같음)포함되고, 미세분산 상태에 있어서, Y2O3의 평균입경이 0.1㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화 내열 소결합금.
    (a) 실질적으로 Cr로 이루어진 금속, (b) Fe: 0%를 초과하여 20%이하, 및 나머지는 실질적으로 Cr로 이루어지는 금속, (c) Aℓ, Mo, W, Nb, Ta, Hf 및 Aℓ-Ti로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종이 0%를 초과하여 합계량으로 10%이하, 및 나머지는 실질적으로 Cr로 이루어지는 금속, (d) Ti: 0.1~2.0% 및 나머지는 실질적으로 Cr로 이루어지는 금속, (e) Fe: 0%를 초과하여, 20% 이하, Aℓ, Mo, W, Nb, Ta, Hf 및 Aℓ-Ti로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도, 1종이 0%를 초과하여 합계량으로 10%이하, 및 나머지는 실질적으로 Cr로 이루어지는 금속, (f) Fe: 0%로 초과하여 20%이하, Ti: 0.1~2.0% 및 나머지는 실질적으로 Cr로 이루어지는 금속, (g) Fe : 0%를 초과하여, 20% 이하, Ti : 0.1~2.0% Aℓ, Mo, W, Nb, Ta, Hf 및 Aℓ-Ti로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도, 1종이 0%를 초과하여 합계량으로 10%이하, 및 나머지는 실질적으로 Cr로 이루어지는 금속.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속은 불순물로서, Si 3%이하 및 Mn3% 이하를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결합금.
