Abstract
1,211,267. Sintered chromium-containing alloys. CENTRE D'ETUDE DE L'ENERGIE NUCLEAIRE. Dec.17, 1968 [Jan.24, 1968], No.59842/68. Heading C7D. A chromium-containing alloy is produced by mining powders containing chromium, at least one other metal and at least one ceramic oxide, subjecting the mix to at least one compression, subjecting the mixture to at least one mechanical deformation and heating at 1100‹C. to 1200‹C. for a time sufficient to obtain diffusion of the chromium in the alloy, the deformation may be obtained by entrusion and the alloy may be made according to the procedure described in Specification 1, 210, 430 until the stage of hot entrusion and following this by the heat treatment.
