Abstract
본 발명은 동계 소결합금 마찰재료에 관한 것으로, 청동기지부에 5-20wt%의 윤활제와, 10-45wt%의 마찰조절제를 포함하여 구성되어지되, 마찰특성의 안정화를 주기위하여 기존의 마찰조절제인 고융점 금속 및 세라믹 입자와 함께 재료의 파괴강도가 높은 보론카바이드를 사용하여 고온의 마찰특성을 향상시킨 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 소결합금 마찰재에 있어서 5-20wt%의 윤활제와, 10-45wt%의 마찰조절제, 그리고 잔부가 청동기지부로 구성되어지되, 입자크기가 60mesh(250㎛)이하인 보론카바이드를 포함하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 동계소결합금 마찰재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제가 C, MoS2, B2O3, BN, CaF2, PbO, 장석과 같은 고체윤활제와 저융점 금속인 Pb가운데 적어도 하나 이상의 원소가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 동계소결합금 마찰재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마찰조절제가 Fe, Ni, Mo, cr, W, Ti등의 고융점 금속 혹은 그들의 산화물, 그들의 질화물, 그들의 탄화물들과 A1203, Si02, 물라이트 (mullite), 글래스파이퍼 (glass-fiber), ZrO, MgO, SiC, Si3N4등의 세라믹들 가운데 적어도 하나 이상의 원소가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 동계소결합금 마찰재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기지부가 Ni이 2-10wt%포함된 니켈 청동인 것을 특징으로 하는 동계 소결합금 마찰재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기지부가 A1이 2-20wt%를 포함된 알루미늄 청동인 것을 특징으로 하는 동계소결 합금마찰재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
