Claims (20)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타낸 피리미딘 유도체.[식중, R1및 R2는 각각 동일하거나 상이하며 수소원자, C1∼C6알킬기, C3∼C6알케닐기, C3∼C6알키닐기, 할로C1∼C6알킬기, C1∼C6알콕시C1∼C6알킬기, C3∼C6알케닐옥시C1∼C6알킬기, C3∼C6알키닐옥시C1∼C6알킬기, C1∼C6알콕시카르보닐C1∼C6알킬기, C3∼C6알케닐옥시카르보닐C1∼C6알킬기, C3∼C6알케닐옥시카르보닐C1∼C6알킬기, 시아노C1∼C6알킬기, 일반식(식중, R5및 R6은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자, C1∼C6알킬기, C3∼C6알케닐기 또는 C3∼C6알키닐기이며, n은 1,2,3 또는 4의 정수이다.)로 나타낸기.일반식:(식중, n은 상기 정의와 동일하고, R7은 C1∼C6알킬기, C3∼C6알케닐기 또는 C3∼C6알키닐기이고, m은 0,1 또는 2의 정수이다.)로 나타낸기, 시클로 C3∼C8알킬기, 또는 임의로 치환된 페닐기, 임의로 치환된 벤질기이며, 또는 말단에 함께 결하된 R1및 R2는 임의로 치환된 C4∼C7알킬렌기 또는 헤테로 원자를 함유하는 임의로 치환된 C3∼C6알킬렌기를 형성하고, R1및 R2내 헤테로 원자는 질소원자, 산소원자 또는 황원자를 의미하며, R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상의하며 C1∼C6알킬기, C1∼C6알콕시기, 할로C1∼C6알콕시기 또는 할로겐 원자이고, X는 산소원자 또는 황원자이며, Z는 N 또는 CY4이고, Y1,Y2,Y3은 각각 동일하거나 상이하며 수소원자, 할로겐원자, C1∼C6알킬기, C1∼C6알콕시기이고, 및 Y4는 수소원자, 히드록실기, 메르캅토기, 니트로기, 할로겐원자, C1∼C6알킬기, C2∼C6알케닐기, C2∼C6알키닐기, C1∼C6알콕시기, C3∼C6알케닐옥시기, C3~C6알키닐옥시기, 할로C1∼C6알킬기, 할로C2∼C6알케닐기, 할로C2∼C6알키닐기, 할로C1∼C6알콕시, 할로C3∼C6알케닐옥시기, 할로 C3~C6알키닐옥시기, C1∼C6알콕시C1∼C6알킬기, C3∼C6알키닐옥시C1∼C6알킬기, C3∼C6알키닐옥시C1∼C6알킬기, 시아노기, 포르밀기, 카르복실기, C1∼C6알콕시카르보닐기, C3∼C6알케닐옥시카르보닐기, C3∼C6알키닐옥시카르보닐기기, 임의로 치환된 페닐기, 임의로 치환된 페녹시기, 임의로 치환된 페닐티오기, 임으로 치환된 벤질옥시기, 임의로 치환된 벤진티오기, 일반식(식중, R5및 R6은 상기 정의와 동일하다)로 나타낸기, 일반식(식중, R5및 R5은 상기 정의와 동일하다)로 나타낸기, 일반식(식중, R7및 m은 상기 정의와 동일하다)를 나타낸기, 일반식(식중, R7및 X 는 상기 정의와 동일하다)로 나타낸기, 또는 일반식(식중, R7, m 및 n은 상기 정의와 동일하다)를 나타낸기, 상기의 임의로 치환된 기는 C1∼C6알킬기, C1∼C6알콕시기, 할로C1∼C6알킬기, C1∼C6알콕시카르보닐기 또는 할로겐 원자로 치환된다.]

- 제5항에 있어서, Z이 CY5(Y5는 할로C1∼C6알킬기 또는 할로겐원자이다)인 피리미딘 유도체.
- 제6항에 있어서, Y5가 할로겐 원자인 피리미딘 유도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, Y1,Y2및 Y3이 수소원자 또는 불소원자인 피리미딘 유도체.
- 제5항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 각각 메톡시기이며, X가 산소원자인 피리미딘유도체.

- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 나타낸 페놀 유도체를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 나타낸 피리미딘 유도체와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 피리미딘 유도체의 제조방법.[식중, R1,R2,R3,R4,Y1,Y2,Y3,X 및 Z는 각각 제1항에 정의된 바와 동일하며, W는 할로겐원자 또는 일반식(식중 R8은 C1∼C6알킬기, C1∼C6알킬기, C1∼C6알콕시기, 할로겐원자 또는 니트로기로 임의로 치환되는 벤질기이고, m은 정수 0,1 또는 2이다)로 나타낸 기이다].
- 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)로 나타낸 카르복실산 유도체를 산-하로겐화제 또는 활성 에스테르화제와 반응시킨후, 수득한 반응 생성물을 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)로 나타낸 히드록실아민 유도체와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 피리미딘 유도체의 제조방법.[식중, R1,R2,R3,R4,Y1,Y2,Y3및 Z는 제1항에 정의된 바와 동일하다].
