Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(I)을 갖는 알칸산 아미드 유도체 및 그 염:(식중, R1은 수소원자, 히드록시기, 알킬기(알콕시기, 벤질옥시기, 알콕시 알콕시기, 알콕시카르보닐기, 알킬티오기 또는 페닐기로 치환될 수 있음), 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 알콕시기, 벤질옥시기, 알케닐옥시기 또는 알키닐옥시기; R2는 히드록시기, 알콕시기, 벤질옥시기, 알케닐옥시기, 시아노기, 페닐기(알킬기, 트리플루오로메틸기, 할로겐원자 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있음), 아미노기, 알킬술포닐아미노기 또는 -SO2R5(R5는 알콕시기나 할로겐원자로 치환될 수 있는 알킬기, 알케닐기, 시클로알킬기, 알킬아미노기, 디알킬아미노기, 1-피롤리디닐기 또는 아닐리노기이다)의 기; R3는 수소원자, 알킬기(히드록시기, 알콕시기, 페녹시기, 알킬티오기, 페닐티오기, 트리메틸실릴기, 시클로알킬기, 페닐기 또는 디알킬아미노기로 치환될 수 있음), 알케닐기(할로겐원자로 치환될 수 있음), 알키닐기, 시클로알킬기(알킬기로 치환될 수 있음), 시클로알케닐기, 페닐기(알킬기 또는 할로겐원자로 치환될 수 있음), 테트라히드로티에닐기 또는 테트라히드로푸릴기; R4은 수소원자 또는 알킬기; X및 Y는 같거나 다를 수 있으며, 히드록실기, 할로겐원자, 알킬기, 할로알킬기, 알콕시알킬기, 알콕시기, 페녹시기(알킬기로 치환될 수 있음), 할로알콕시기, 알케닐옥시기, 알키닐옥시기, 알킬티오기, 페닐티오기, 아미노기, 아릴아미노기, 디알킬아미노기 또는 피롤리디노기이며; Z는 메틴기나 질소원자이다).
- 제1항에 정의된 알칸산 아미드 유도체 또는 그 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 제초제.
- 제1항에 정의된 알칸산 아미드 유도체 또는 그 염을 유효성분으로서 식물이나 토양에 도포함을 특징으로 하는 제초방법.
- 하기 일반식(II)의 화합물을 등량 이상의 축팝제와 반응시키고 나아가, 생성된 반응 생성물을 하기 일반식(IV)의 화합물과 반응시킨 다음 산성화시킴을 특징으로하는, 하기 일반식(I)을 갖는 알칸산 아미드 유도체의 제조방법.(식중, R1,R2,R3,R4,X,Y 및 Z는 상기 정의한 바와 같다)
- 하기 일반식(V)의 화합물을 일반식 R1-W의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로하는. 하기 일반식(I)을 갖는 알칸산 아미드 유도체의 제조방법.(식중, W는 할로겐윈자, 알킬술포닐옥시기, 페닐술포닐옥시기, 치환 페닐술포닐옥시기 또는 트리플루오로메틸술포닐옥시기이며, X,Y,Z,R1,R2,R3및 R4는 상기 정의한 바와 같다).
- 하기 일반식(VII)의 화합물을 등량이상의 염기와 반응시키거나 등량이상의 염기 존재하에서 염화 제이구리와 같은 전이금속염과 반응시킴을 특징으로하는, 하기 일반식(VIII)의 알칸산 아미드 유도체의 제조방법.(식중, M은 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속, 전이금속, 암모늄 또는 유기 암모늄이온이며, R3, R4, R5, X, Y 및 Z는 상기 정의한 바와 같다).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
