Claims (21)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)로 나타내지는 페녹시카르복실산 또는 식중 R4가 수소원자인 그 화합물의 염
    〔상기식중, X 및 Y는 같거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, -CF4, 또는 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타내고 ; R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며, 각각 2~6탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시카르보닐에 의해 치환돌 수 있는 1~5탄소원자를 갖는알킬기, 시아노기, 2~6탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시카르보닐기에 의해 치환될 수 있는 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬티오기, 일반식-OR4(R4는 수소원자, 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 트리플루오로알킬기이다)의 기, 또는 일반식(R5및 R6은 같거나 다르며, 각각 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬설포닐기, 또는 페닐기를 나타낸다)의 기를 나타내고 : R3은 수소원자, 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식중 X가 -CF3임을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 식중 Y가 할로겐 원자임을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 식중 R1이 2~6탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시카르보닐기에 의해 치환될 수 있는 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기임을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 식중 R1이 -OR4이고 R4는 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 트리플루오로알킬임을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 식중 R2가 2~6탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시카르보닐기에 의해 치환될 수 있는 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬티오기임을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의염.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 식중 R2가 -OR4이고, R4가 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 트리플루오로알킬기임을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 시중-R3가-1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기임을 특징으로 하는 화합물 또는 그의 염.
  9. 유효성분인 제초학적으로 유효한 양의 제1항의 화합물 및 담체 및/또는 계면 활성제를 함유함으를 특징으로 하는 제초조성물.
  10. 일반식(I)의 화합물의 제초성분으로서의 용도.
  11. 제1항의 화합물 또는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 함유하는 제초 종성물을 활엽 잡초가 자라는 지역 또는 자랄 것 같은 지역에, 잡초를 근절하는데 충분한 양으로 살포함을 특징으로 하는 활엽 잡초의 근절 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 지역이 농작물을 경작하는 지역이고, 농작물이 활엽식물 또는 좁은 잎 식물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 함유하는 제초조성물을 활엽 잡초가 자랄것 같은 지역에 잡초의 발아이전에 살포하고, 활엽 식물을 경작하는 지역에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제초성분으로서의 제초학적으로 유효한 양의 제1항의 화합물 및 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 나타내지는 화합물 또는 그의 산부가염 또는 염기에 의한 그의 염의 조합 및 담체 및/또는 계면 활성제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제초 조성물.
    〔상기식중, R21및 R22는 같거나 다르며, 각각 -OH 또는 일반식 -OR24의 기를 나타내고 ; R23은 -OH, 일반식-OR24의 기 또는 일반식 -NR25R6의 기를 나타내고, R24는 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 시클로헥실기, 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 할로알킬기, 2~5탄소원자를 갖는 알케닐기 또는 알콕시-아킬, 할로알콕시-알킬또는 알콕시-알콕시-알킬기(이들 알콕시, 할로알콕시 및 알킬 부위는 각각 1~5탄소원자를 갖는다) 또는 페녹시기이고, R25및 R26은 같거나 다르며 각각 수소원자, 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 악킬기, 1~5탄소원자를 갖는 히드록시알킬기, 2~5탄소원자를 갖는 알케닐기를 나타내고, R25및 R26은 그들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 모르폴리노, 피페리디노, 피페리디노 또는 피롤리디노기를 형성한다.〕
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물에 대한 제1항의 화합물의 중량비가 1:50~50:1임을 특징으로 하는 제초 조성물.
  16. 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 잡초가 자라고 있는 지역에 잡초를 근절하는데 유효한 양으로 동시에 또는 차례로 살포함을 특징으로 하는 잡초 근절 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 지역이 농작물을 경작하는 지역이고, 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 농작물의 발아 이전에 그 지역에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제초성분으로서의 제초학적으로 유효한 양의 제1항의 화합물 및 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 나타내지는 화합물 또는 그의 산부가염 또는 염기에 의한 그이 염의 조합, 및 담체 및/또는 계면 활성제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제초조성물.
    상기식중, R3원자 또는 1~4탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타내고, R32는 -OH, -NH2, -NHNH2, -NHC6H5, 또는 -OH에 의해 치환될 수 있는 1~12탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시기를 나타낸다.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물에 대한 제1항의 화합물의 증량비가 1:50~50:1임을 특징으로 하는 제초 조성물.
  20. 일반식(I)이 화합물 및 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 잡초가 자라고 있는 지역에 잡초를 근절하는데 유효한 양으로 동시에 또는 차례로 살포함을 특징으로 하는 잡초 근절 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 지역이 농작물을 경작하는 지역이고, 일반식(I)이 화합물 및 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 농작물의 발아 이전에 그 지역에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
