Claims (10)
- 폴리믹신과 담체의 수용성 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 덱스트란 또는 하이드록시에틸 전분과 같은 다당류, 알부민과 같은 단백질, 또는 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 폴리비닐 알콜과 같은 중합체인 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리믹신이 PMB인 복합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 덱스트란인 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 덱스트란인 복합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, PMB가 카르바민산염 결합을 통해 결합된 복합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, PMB가 아민 결합을 통해 결합된 복합체.
- a)폴리믹신을 덱스트란에 적절히 결합시켜 수용성 폴리믹신-덱스트란 복합체를 형성하고; b)생성된 복합체를 저급 알콜중에 침전시키고; c)복합체를 재현탁시키고; d)복합체에 결합되지 않은 폴리믹신이 실질적으로 없어질 때까지 b) 및 c)단계를 반복함을 포함하는 제4항에 따른 폴리믹신-덱스트란 복합체의 제조방법.
- 추가의 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체 또는 희석제와 함께 제1항에 따른 복합체를 포함하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합체가 실질적으로 무독성인 주사가능한 복합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
