Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜유도체;
    상기식에서, R은 수평균분자량이 약 1000-12,000의 폴리에티렌 글리콜부인 저급알킬이며, n는 임의의 양의 정수를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 4-모노메톡시에틸렌글리콜-페닐글리옥살인 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 유도체.
  3. 구아니디노기가 제1항의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 변성된 변성 펩티드.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 4-모노메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜-페닐글리옥살로 변성된 플라즈미노겐활성체, 4-모노메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜-페닐글리옥살에 의해 변형된 성장 호르몬-방출인자, 4-모노메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜-페닐글리옥살로 변성된 과립구 대식세포 염색체-자극인자, 4-모노메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜-페닐글리옥살로 변형된 슈퍼옥사이드 분자변위보효소, 및 4-모노메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜-페닐글리옥살로 변경된 인슐린형태의 성장인자중으로 부터 선택되는 변성펩티드.
  5. 제1항의 폴리에틸렌글리콜 유도체를 구아니디노기를 가진 펩티드와 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 변성펩티드의 제조방법.
