Claims (16)
- 아연 도금 강판 또는 아연계 합금도금 강판상에, Cr6-량이 전체 크롬량에 대하여 70% 이하이고 부착량이5-500mg/m2의 크로메이트 처리를 한 다음, 그 위에, 실리카(A) 및 수평균 분자량 2,000이상의 유기수지조성물(B)로 된 유기복합층을 피복하여 (a) 실리카 1급 입자는 2급 입자로 응집되고, (b) 2급 입자의 수는 상기 유기복합층 단면 1㎟당 1 ×104- 1 ×109로 되고 또한 (c) 상기 유기복합층이 0.2-3.0g/m2의 건조 중량으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기 복합피복 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 수지 조성물(B)가, 수평균 분자량 2,000 이상의 에피클로로 히드린-비스 페놀 A형 에폭시수지인 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기 복합 피복강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기복합층 중의 실리카(A) 및 유기 수지 조성물(B)의 건조중량 비율이 수지조성물 100중량부에 대하여 실리카 10-100중량부인 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기 복합피복강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기수지조성물(B)의 수산기수가 50이상인 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크로메이트층이 크롬 10-150mg/m2중량으로 피복되는 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기 복합피복 강판.
- 아연 도금 강판 또는 아연계 합금 도금강판상에, Cr6-량이 전체 크롬량에 대하여 70%이하이고 부착량이 5-500mg/m2의 크로메이트 처리를 한 다음, 그 위에, 수분함유율이 3.0중량%이하인 유기용매 중에 분산되고, 실리카 표면에 부착한 유기물이 c환산으로 실리카에 대해 5.0중량%이하이며, 또한 비표면적이 50-800m2/g인 유기용매 분산실리카졸(A) 및 수평균분자량 2,000이상의 유기수지조성물(B)를 함유하는 도료조성물을 건조중량 0.2-3.0g/m2으로 도포하여 유기복합층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복강판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실리카의 평균입경이 0.05-3.0m인 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기 복합피복강판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실리카졸(A)의 유기용매의 전체 알칼리 금속함량이 0.01중량%이하인 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복강판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실리카졸(A)의 실리카는 전체 실리카 중량에 대하여 Al0.1-20.0중량%로 실리카 표면에 부착된 Al3-를 갖는 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기 복합피복강판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기 수지 조성물(B)는 수평균 분자량 2,000이상의 에피클로로 히드린-비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지인 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복강판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실리카졸(A) 및 유기수지조성물(B)의 건조중량 비율이 수지조성물 100중량부에 대하여 실리카 10-100중량부인 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복강판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기수지조성물(B)의 수산기 수가 50이상인 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복상판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 크로메이트층이 크롬 10-150mg/m2중량으로 피복되는 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복강판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실리카졸(A)의 실리카의 비표면적이 100-400m2/g인 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복강판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기복합층이 최대온도 100-200℃에서 도료조성물을 소부하여 피복되는 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복강판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실리카졸(A)의 유기용매가 n-부탄올, 이소부탄올, 에틸셀로솔브, 부틸셀로솔브, 크실렌, 에틸렌글리콜, 에틸렌글리콜 n-프로폴 에테르, 디메틸아세트 아미드 및 그 혼합물로 된 군에서 선택되는 내식성 및 용접성이 개량된 유기복합피복강판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
